Chapter 24 (Last Chapter)

3 years later

In USA

In these three years lot of things changed but Kalpana's love toward Ragahv didn't change. She kept his memories alive into her heart. Though they were in the same city for 3 years but none of them tried to contact each other.

After completing her PHD, Kalpana got an offer from some XYZ Company. Everything was going smoothly. Kalpana kept herself busy with work 24/7. As time passed her sincerity, honesty and hard work made her a successful business woman in short period of time. She owned a Company now.

Some people were jealous with her success at this age. One day one of Kalpana's employees mistake made her company suffer a big loss. It was all planned and Kalpana was totally unaware of it. After that Kalpana started losing her contracts.

After losing Ragahv Kalpana's company became her everything. She was broken down as her company was getting bankrupt. When she lost all her hope, someone came to help her by merging his company with her. She got hope again. The owner of RS Company never showed up Kalpana. His manager was working for him. If she needed to discuss with anything she would send the message via his manager. Though Kalpana was told that he was very busy with his other business, she was curious to meet him. She was curious to know about the person who helped her at her bad time. She tried to do some Google search about RS Company but she didn't find anything.

Few months later

After work, while going back home Kalpana met her college friend Natasha. Both of them were surprised to see each other.

Kal: what are you doing here?

Natasha: I came to visit here with my husband. How about you?

Kal: I came here to complete my PHD.

Natasha was confused. She knew Kalpana's family's financial condition. At this stage it was not possible for them to afford her fees for the education.

Natasha: it means you worked very hard to pay your fees off right?

Kalpana smiled and said, "No, I got full scholarship.

Natasha: are you sure Kalpana?

Kal: ha, but why are you saying this?

Natasha: So far I know none of the students of our college got full scholarship.

Kalpana was confused.

The next day she went to her University where she completed her PHD. After Seven long years she got to know that she got scholarship but it was a small. The rest was paid from some RS Company.

After coming from the University Kalpana decided to meet the owner of RS Company. She had doubt and she wanted to clear it as soon as possible.

Kalpana told the manager that she would like to discuss with some confidential stuff only with his boss. The manager spoke to his boss. Once he got permission from his boss he let Kalpana know.

RS Company

After waiting of 15 minutes Kalpana was called to meet him. As she entered into the cabin, she felt her heart was beating fast. She was very nervous and she didn't know why. Kalpana slowly walked and sat on a chair. She looked at the person who was sitting facing his back. She didn't know how to start the conversation. Taking a deep breath she said, "We are working together but we never met. Kalpana was waiting for him to turn and sit face to face. After waiting few seconds she continued, "When no one was by my side, you came... Kalpana stopped as his phone rang. His phone was laying on the table. He slightly turned and raised his hand to take the phone. Kalpana noticed a big scar on his hand. She saw the same scar on someone else's hand before. Where she saw, she thought. I would like to keep this scar with me for forever. It will remind me how much I loved her, with this thought Kalpana stood up. Without wasting a second she left from there.

After getting a phone call from an unknown person Ragahv reached a place where the person told him to meet. "I am here now. Where are you, hearing Ragahv four goons surrounded him. Showing the briefcase Raghav said, "Here is your money even more than you demanded. Let Kalpana go. When he didn't see Kalpana around Ragahv asked, "Where is Kalpana? when they didn't say anything Ragahv said, "Look I am ready to give you more even everything I have but don't harm her. Everyone was just looking at him. It was very hard for him to control his anger when they stood quiet. Pulling one of them by his shirt collar toward him he shouted, "Tell me what you did to Kalpana? Then Raghav punched hard on his nose. "Stop it, Hearing a familiar voice Raghav's hand stopped from punching the goon again. He left the person he was holding and then slowly turned to face her. Raghav and Kalpana were standing face to face after seven long years. Those goons hired by Kalpana left the place leaving Ragahv and Kalpana alone. Ragahv looked at Kalpana who was already looking at him. They didn't realize they would get to meet each other again after a long time. "Whenever I needed someone you were always there beside me to help. You were ready to sacrifice everything for the sake of my life even your own life, Kalpana said. After a little pause she added, "But you were not ready to live with me. Suddenly her heart over filled with emotions. Ragahv was still quiet. He just watched Kalpana rushing away.

The next day

Kalpana's office

Closing the file Kalpana was reading she leaned back on the chair. She didn't realize when she fell asleep. In her sleep, she started dreaming where Raghav took Kalpana to a beautiful place near a hill. She was very happy to be with RAgahv. Holding her hand he dragged her to the hill. "Raghav, lets go down. I am so scared, hearing her Raghav said, "let's stay here na for two minutes. Kalpana smiled and said, "Ok but what will you do in two minutes? caressing her face lovingly, Raghav said, "I would like to tell everyone that how much I love you.

Kal: Achcha, but how?

Raghav: just wait and watch

Then Raghav came at the corner of the hill. Putting his hands around his mouth, he said loudly, "Kalpana, I love youuu. I love you Kalpana and I can do anything for youuu. All of a sudden his leg slipped and fell down. "Raghaaav, Kalpana screamed. Kalpana woke up while screaming, "Raghaaav. She was breathing heavily. She saw the same dream with Prem while she was in relationship with Prem. After that she lost Prem for forever. Without wasting a second she dialed Raghav's number. When Ragahv didn't pick up the phone her heart started beating fast. She dialed again. An unknown person picked up the call.

Kal: hello Raghav

Person: I am sorry. I am not the owner of this phone. I found this phone on the street.

Without wasting a second Kalpana reached the place. She looked around. There were no sign of any accident.

Raghav's office

Ragahv was preparing to attend a meeting. In the meantime Kalpana rushed into the cabin. Ragahv was just looking at her confused while Kalpana was relieved seeing Ragahv in front of her. Before he could say anything one of his female clients Maya entered into the cabin. "Raghav I came here to take you for the meeting. Once her eyes fell on Kalpana, she said, "Who is she?

Rag: she is...

He paused. "Your relative, right? hearing Maya Ragahv looked at Kalpana who was already looking at her. "Hm, saying so he looked back at Maya. He smiled and said, "Maya, you go. I will be there soon. "Ok, see you soon, saying so Maya kissed Ragahv on his cheek. Somehow Kalpana didn't like Maya's closeness to Ragahv. Maya left from there leaving Ragahv and Kalpana alone. Placing Raghav's phone on the table Kalpana said, "I found this on the street. So I came here only to return this, saying so Kalpana was about to leave but Raghav stopped her saying, "Kalpana. She was still standing facing her back.

Rag: let me drop you off. It is raining

Kal: no, thanks. I can manage.

Then Kalpana left from there.

Raghav's car blocked Kalpana's path. He came out of the car taking umbrella with him. He looked at Kalpana who was already drenched. "Please come. Without saying anything Kalpana got into the car. Few minutes there were silence in the car. It was Kalpana who broke the silence saying, "How do you know that I didn't have car with me? Ragahv didn't say anything. He just focused on driving.

Seeing an unknown place Kalpana said, "This is not my place. "I know, Ragahv said and added, "This is my place. I live in here. taking a deep breathe he looked at Kalpana and said, "I need to talk to you. I know you have lot of questions.

While getting into the small apartment, Ragahv said, "The other house was big enough for one person that's why I sold that house and started living here. handing over one of his shirt he said, "Change your dress or you will catch cold. after changing her cloth she came to the living area and sat in front of the fireplace. Few minutes later Ragahv came back with two cups of coffee. Handing over a coffee to Kalpana, Ragahv came back to his seat. Kalpana was about to sip her coffee when, "When I woke up in the morning, seeing our state I realized something happened at night, hearing Ragahv Kalpana put her coffee mug on the center table. She looked at him when he continued, "I tried to recollect how did this happen. But I couldn't remember anything. I was not in my sense. I started cursing myself to be drunk. Suddenly a known fear aroused into my mind. Hatred...hatred into your eyes...for me. I was feeling guilty for ruining your life. On top of this it happened. I couldn't face you. I couldn't bear it anymore.

"That night you were not in your sense. But I was, hearing Kalpana Ragahv raised his head to look at her. Taking a deep breath she continued, "Whatever happened that night..., she paused for a second and then added, "...not you, I was responsible for all this. With this there was a complete silence. Kalpana felt loss of words to express what she had in her heart for him, what she was thinking, what she wanted to say. Raghav knew she was finding it hard, that words had failed her but her eyes; it was a mirror of her heart which had nothing but love for him. He understood.

As Ragahv pushed the bedroom door he saw Kalpana standing near the window. He slowly walked toward her.

RagNa didn't need words. Love is more in understanding the unsaid words of your partner. That night was long and indeed beautiful. After they broke apart to catch their breath Raghav kissed her again and again till his heart said that she was completely his and only his.

When two souls meet love happens. Their soul already met but they couldn't express.
