Chapter 30

Raghav slam the newspaper on the table angry and pissed. He cursed under his breath while his family asks question.

Gaur I: what is this raghav

Raghav: *silent*

Paki: are you cheating on me? Is that why you refused to marry me.

Raghav rub his temple, he was irritated and not in the mood to explain himself.

Raghav: this is all a lie, I will fix it. So don't worry.

Gaur I: good, I don't want people to get the wrong idea about you.

Paki: *stares at the paper* by the way who is this girl?

Raghav: I don't really know, I met her by coincidence

Gaur I: *frown* you don't just meet a random girl and kiss her.

Raghav: *roll eyes * I didn't kiss her, she kissed me.

Paki: you should have push her, but you didn't.

Raghav sigh he really wasn't up for this, he just wants to find this girl and clear his name before things get even more complicated. Paki angry stomps away and slam the door. Gaur I told him to go after her but he refuse. He told her he has bigger things to worry about. He got up and grab his key before leaving, gaur I calling his name.

Meanwhile kalpi and her cousin amaya were selling food. When suddenly her cousin saw the paper. Surprise she called kalpi name.

Kalpi: *looks at her cousin* what is it?

Amaya: *shows the newspaper*

Kalpi looks at it before gasping. She didn't think it would be on the newspaper. She just wanted to get back at him, she didn't think a paparazzi would be at the park. She snap out of it when her cousin gasp.

Amaya: no way kalpi he's mr singhania

Kalpi: * confuse* mr who?

Amaya: * hits forehead* don't tell me you don't know who he is kalpi?

Kalpi: * shakes head*

Amaya: he owns one of the top restaurant in Dubai and in america. He was also a famous boxer.

Kalpi: * shock* boxer?

Suddenly kalpi had a flash back.

Five years ago...

Raghav came home bruised. He wince in pain while closing the door. While going to the stairs he heard a noise. He followed it all the way to the kitchen and put the light on. He was surprise to see kalpi eating food. " kalpi?" He says

She drop the food from her hand and blink " raghav? What are you doing here" she says

" I should be asking you, since your up so late eating", when he said this she looks around her surrounding. I guess I really did sleep walk again, she thought. She look at raghav to see him bruised, worried she rush to him and asks if he was OK. He nod, he turn to leave when kalpi stops him. " what?" He says

" you have to get treated, I will help you" she says dragging him to the seat. Raghav watch as she ran to grab the first aid before coming back to stand next to him. He watch as she worriedly bandaged his wounded arm. Being so close he could smell her shampoo and her scent smelling like baby powder.

" there all done" she says smiling, raghav smile watching her. She use her saree and wipe her forehead before moving back to put the kit away. She stretched trying to put the thing back, but she was having trouble. Raghav seeing this walk up to her and put the kit up the shelves. Kalpi froze, she turn her head around to look at him, and he look down at her. They had a moment before raghav leaned down and kiss her. " Priya" he mumble

Kalpi confuse, push raghav away and ran down the hall. Raghav stood there confuse while scolding himself for kissing her.

End of flashback

Kalpi breath a little, trying to get her heart to calm down. Her cousin shook her and told her to calm down. She asks if her body was OK and she nod. Amaya told her she will get her water and left. Kalpi while selling food wonder why she was having flashback of a girl that has her name.

Suddenly she heard a familiar voice, she turn to see raghV on the phone talking to the press. He was demanding that they take down the newspaper right away, but they refuse. They told him they don't listen to him, but instead his dad. This frustrated him " fine if you won't than be prepared for a law suit" he says before hanging up.

Kalpi quickly duck when she saw him turning around. She search for one of her disguises on the floor and found a fake moustache. She frown when she saw honey on it. " OK this will just have to do, since I can't find anything else. " excuse me" he says, kalpi panicked she searched for her sunglasses and puts it on.

" YES!" She says jumping up

RaghV looks at kalpi all weirdly before ordering something to drink.while getting his drink she kept shooing a bee, but it wouldn't go away. She mumble something before turning to give him his drink. Just than a family of bee came from the tree and start circling her. Kalpi yelp and ran around, while raghav walk to her to help. Since the bee were around her face she didn't see raghav. The next thing that happend she fell in his chest. " help me" she says

Raghav search until he found a honey jar. He grab it and throw it some where far. This direct the bees to that direction. When they left he turn to her and was surprise to see kalpi. " you!" He says coming closer to her.

Kalpi search for her mustache only to see it gone. " great" she mumble.

" you are coming with me" he says

Kalpi nervously look around before smiling, " isn't that your car being towd?" She says

He turn around to check, giving her time to ascape. When he turn back around she was gone. " I can't believe I fell for that" he says. He was about to walk away when he saw an I.D on the floor. He looked at it and was surprise " kalpi?" He says shock

Raghav gave her two option either she tell the truth or be ready for court.

Paki walk inside the hospital to see someone. The person smile before greating her " miss you came back again"

Vitthal comes to the city and meets prem. There he decides to visit kalpi grave.

Meanwhile

Raghav and his team search for a new chef for his restaurant. His friend Sammy, who came to visit recommended a person he met on the street. He told him he couldn't get over the food because it was addictive and good. Raghav told him to find that person and hire him/her.

Chapter 31

Once more raghav was filled with rage. He didnt know how the media found out about the be incident. He turn the tv of sighing. Gauri on the other hand had a scoll on her face. " you said you will handle this, but you just made things worse" she says arms fold.

Raghav rub his temple, " i will handle it. I just need time."

Gauri sigh " if paki sees this she will go crazy raghav. Luckily shes at the hospital getting checked out. Matter fact why didnt you go with her"

" i have things to take care of, and the restaurant needs a new chef" he says

Gauri confuse cross her legs " what happend to the old chef?"

" i fored him" he says before getting up; suddenly his phone rang. He smile when he saw who it was getting gauri attention. Raghav excuse himself before leaving. While leaving gauri wonders who her son was talking to and hope he's not cheating.

Elsewhere, dadi was not in a good mood, she almost fainted watching the tv, but amaya quickly grab her and made her sit down. She angrily call kalpi and scold her for causing them trouble. Dadi was about to grab her ears and pull on it when they heard the door. Curious the maid opened the door to see the police. They pull out an arrest form before walking in.

Dadi shocked asked who the arrest was for. The police look at her before hand cuffing her. " wait!.. You cant do this" kalpi says

" we have every right to kalpi" one officer says

" at least tell us why shes being arrested" amaya says

The two officers look at one another before looking at her " mr. Singhania fiance made a complaint saying. Dadi gave false information to the media about her husband. So she demands an apology from her"

Both girls were shock, they both told the officer that dadi was innocent, but they ignore them and took her to the car. Kalpi ran after dadi begging them to let her go, the police told her if she doesnt leave they will take her in as well.

Kalpi watch as they leave. She was angry, amaya could see smoke coming from her cousin ears. " i will not let this slide" she says before going inside to grab her keys. Amaya asks her where she was heading, but kalpi ignored her. She quickly grab what she needs and made some calls.

It wasnt long before they text her the information she needs. " i will give dadi justice, i wont spare who ever she is " she says

Meanwhile, vitthal was at the grave yard. He cried while touching his daughter grave. He wish he could have seen her one last time. She was the only thing he had and now she was gone. " I've failed kamla" he says crying " i am a terrible father" he says prem sadly looks away. He remember the day he found out about kalpi. That day he was sitting on a bench when he heard a car hault.

He remember going to the scene to see the couple panicking. He could see the worry on there face. He look at the body and was surprise to see kalpi. Quickly he call an ambulance and they took her to the hospital. The couple. Quickly follow, wondering. Who call the ambulance. So after that day prem told vitthal and he came to the city. The rest was history for them.

Vitthal whiped his tears and got up. He told prem to prepare the car which he did. While they were on the road they didnt notice kalpi on her motocycle driving and stopping right next to them. I wish i could see you again, but i cant. Sometimes it feels like your still near, he thought before the car drove away.

Kalpi went the other way until she reached her destination. She park the motorcycle and look at the store. She scuff seeing the title of the store. Going inside kalpi asks to see mrs. Singhania. The lady at the front desk asks if she made an apointment, but kalpi ignored the question. " bring that women out here" she says a little loud.

People at thestore turn to look at her, the lady tried calming kalpi but she wouldnt have it. She slam her hand on the desk telling her not to play games with her. The girl sigh and told her she went to the hospital. This made kalpi angry. She walk out of the store and kick a rock. I will have to come later on, but before i do i will leave something for her to remember me by, she thought closing her eyes to remember the map she saw on the wall.

When she saw what she was looking for she smirk and got to work. When done she left satisfied.

Elsewhere paki asks the doctor if her friend was doing fine. He told her shes well and Reading in her room. She thank the doctor before heading to the room. Once thereshe was greated with a smile " miss, your here again" she says

" yes i brought you a gift" she says giving her the present. Excited she opens it to see a saree. She smile thanking her, paki told her it wont be long before she can take her out. The girl smile before hugging her , while they were hugging paki phone rang. She answered and frown. " where is she now" she says

" she left a couple of minutes ago"

" ok I'm on my way" she says getting up to leave

The girl frown seeing her leave. Paki before walking out the door told her she will visit again and will bring her more gift. When she left the hopsital she went to her store to work on some things. She entered her office and was shock , right on her wall was a red painted sentence. " the ones who bathe in gold will be the ones who will fall under my feet. Paki confuse wonder what that even means.

She called the police and told them what happen. When they arrive, they took a pic for evidence. The police asked her who could have done it and paki had a good guess. She told them her theory and they told her they need more proof than that. Paki insisted it was her but they told her without proof they cant do anything.

The next day kalpi told her cousin dadi will be free in an hour. " what how will you clear dadi name?"

Kalpi smiles " remember what i told you theres nothing that i cant win" she says

Kalpi told them how could she had vandalized her office when she doesn't even know the place. She told them. The workers are lying to save there A#%, everyone gasp at her choice of words.

Raghav is scene standing infront of everyone with kalpi. She told them what had actually happen. Making them insult her for causing trouble for raghav. Paki smirk from the crowd, kalpi refuses to cry. Raghav seeing her expression felt a pang in his heart. Someone from the crowd decides to throw an egg at her. When raghav saw it he quickly pull her to him and shield her.

Kamla is scene at the market when two goons came to attack her. She cried for help but no one decides to help, suddenly someone tap one of the goons shoulder before punching him on the face. Making him hold his bleeding nose " thank you" kamla says when they were long gone. Kalpi whole body froze when she heard the voice.

I remove some scenes that could have happen and i was going to make it longer, but I'm sleepy.

Chapter 32

Kalpi walk into the store asking for paki. The lady told her shes in a meeting. Kalpi told her she will go and see her than, but the lady insist she wait. This made kalpi angry, she once again start demanding to see paki and when they refuse the lady decides to call the security guard. The security came and drag kalpi out after she put up a fight.

It wasnt long before paki meeting ended, and she came down stairs. When kalpi saw her she ran inside regardless of what the security guards said. " ms. Singhania!" she says

Paki turn with a curious face " what?!" she says not to friendly.

Kalpi ignored her attitude and stood infront of her " i came yesterday to speak to you"

" AH! The wild girl" she says

Kalpi grit her teeth " i need you to take back the claim on dadi"

" why should i?"

" because we have nothing against you"

Paki laughs " really? Kissing my fiance, and declaring my title, and Lets not forget you stalked him and clinging onto him like glue. That speaks a lot" she says

" is it my fault that we kept meeting by accident" she says

" you may have put that in your brain, but I'm on to girls like you. You will never have raghav, you are nothing compare to me" she finished.

" ok one your a crazy beach, and waw...bravo your appearance is definitely deceiving. Your heart is as cold as ice, but dont worry. I will teach you a thing or two since your parents didnt teach you any values." she smirk

Paki knit her brows in anger " we'll see when your dadi rottens in jail" she says. Making kalpi almost launch at her . paki smirk " also you think i wouldnt find out that you vandalise my wall. It made sense. Who wouldnt be upset that their dadi in jail for something she didnt do." she laughs

" you are a wicked witch, i cant believe you would put an innocent person in jail because your jealous." she says

" SHUT UP!" she screams making people turn to there direction. Paki sigh smirking " it wasnt hard really, and theres more where that came from. If you don't stay away from Raghav"

Kalpi smile, throwing paki off " thank you ms sing- i mean paki. Theres no need to call you something your not" she says " anyway, all that crap you talked about is something i watch from a drama show. I completely block your annoying voice, now my work here is done. She says confusing paki

Kalpi tap her ear peice " did you get that amaya" she says

" yes and the officers did as well" she says happily

" good, well in that case i will leave" she says to paki

Paki asks her what she did and kalpi told her she made the police hear our whole conversation from the station. This made her panick. Paki quickly call the police to cancle the claim. Because She didnt want this to reach raghav. Kalpi laugh while leaving. She check the time to see its only been fortynine minutes. " i beat my own record" she says

Later on dadi was acquainted with her family. Everyone welcome her, kalpi held her ears apologizing continuously. Which dadi forgave her. Suddenly the door bell rang. Everyone was to happy to think negative. It wasnt long before raghav stood there with a lawyer. He wasnt smiling or amused.

The family now sitting down, wonder whats going on now. Raghav drank the water served by kalpi before getting to business. He told kalpi what she did was unfortunate that is why he's giving her an option. He told her she can either admit on camera that you were joking and apologize or face the court and law suit

Kalpi gasp, she looks at dadi before finally agreeing, this surprise raghav. He got up and prepare to leave while leaving he nottice his bracelet thread attached to kalpi wrist. They both look at one another before raghav yank it and leave.kalpi snapping out of it curse at him, calling him many names.
