Anupamaa: Gautam's guilt moves Mahi, but Prarthana remains unconvinced

In tonight's episode of Anupamaa, the drama intensifies as tensions rise between Anupama and Prakash. Prakash starts off by saying that while he treats his guests with utmost respect, comparing them to God, it doesn't mean anyone should consider themselves divine.

He reveals his fascination with reading people's Kundalis, boasting that he even knows details about Anupama's life. According to him, she has a tendency to fight for justice and poke her nose into others' matters. He warns her to return before her actions end up hurting her own daughter.

Prakash Crosses the Line, Anupama Stands Her Ground

Anupama firmly tells him to keep her daughter out of their discussion, but Prakash smirks and reminds her that if anything happens to her, her daughter will suffer too. This infuriates Anupama, who demands he stop dragging her child into his threats.

Amid the tension, Tatiya rushes in and informs Anupama that Girija has gone missing, leaving everyone worried. Determined, Anupama vows to find Girija and promises that Prakash will get his answer on Dussehra. Prakash, however, swears revenge and orders his men to track down and kill Girija to make Anupama pay. He even plans to torment Bharti as part of his vendetta.

Prakash’s Wife Seeks Anupama’s Help to Save Girija

Soon after, Prakash's wife confides in Anupama, revealing that Girija is actually with Sonu. She pleads with Anupama to save the girl before it's too late. Concerned for Girija's safety, Anupama and Devika immediately set out to protect her.

Gautam’s Condition Leaves Everyone Shocked

Meanwhile, Khyati grows worried upon noticing Gautam’s troubled state and asks him what went wrong. Overcome with guilt, Gautam breaks down and admits that he regrets facing the Kotharis. He pleads with them to forgive him, acknowledging that he has caused them immense pain in the past. Gautam promises to never repeat his mistakes and requests them to forget everything. Emotionally shattered, he bursts into tears and runs away.

Meeta and Khyati are left stunned, unable to believe that the man standing before them was the same Gautam they once knew. Mahi, on the other hand, feels a wave of sympathy seeing his remorseful state. But Prarthana refuses to believe the display, maintaining that Gautam is putting on an act once again.

Mahi Sympathizes, But Prarthana Calls It Another Trap

Mahi argues that this time, Gautam’s eyes reflected real guilt and shame, but Prarthana quickly warns her that his emotions are just another facade. She tells Mahi not to fall for his tricks and reminds her how cunning Gautam can be. Convinced that the situation could escalate, Prarthana decides to contact Parag, believing he will know how to handle it wisely.

As they start heading back home, Mahi—still unable to shake off her concern—turns around for one last glance at Gautam, her heart heavy with confusion and worry.

Rahi’s Risky Plan to Expose Prakash Divides the Group

At the same time, Rahi, Preet, and Pari discuss their next move against Prakash. Rahi reveals her plan to expose him, but Preet and Pari strongly oppose it, fearing the danger. They warn Rahi not to involve Anupama, saying she would never approve such a risky plan.

Pari turns to Bharti for support, but Bharti calmly mentions she has a knife for protection. Preet questions what she'll do if multiple men attack them, and accuses Rahi of acting out of pride to step out of Anupama's influence. Rahi, however, stands firm, telling them to stay behind if they lack faith in her plan.

Leela Returns Home to New Family Conflicts

Meanwhile, Leela returns home and learns that Hasmuk's health has worsened. She's equally surprised to find that Ishani has dropped out of her course and decided to return home permanently. Leela remarks that the women of the family never manage to stay away for long. Anupama and Devika, still searching for Girija, remain deeply anxious.

In another scene, Prakash performs a ritual for Bharti, leaving her visibly nervous. Rahi and Preet continue to look for both Bharti and Prakash, while Anupama and Devika intensify their efforts to find Girija.

Prem Grows Suspicious of Leela’s Silence

Back at home, Leela and Pakhi question Ishani about her decision to quit her course. Ishani insists she doesn't wish to continue, no matter what they say. Leela advises her to complete her studies first, but Ishani refuses to listen.

When Hasmuk asks Leela to calm down, she lashes out, angry that he's been hiding family matters from her. Prem, observing the situation, suspects that Leela knows more about Anupama and Rahi's issues than she's admitting, but she dodges his questions with excuses.

As the episode nears its end, Rahi and Preet come up with a plan to record Prakash and gather proof against him. Meanwhile, Anupama and Devika continue to search frantically for Girija's whereabouts.
