Now to my comment for Parts 24, 25 and 26.
Part-24: Wow, Kalpana the wife! She rocks, and gave Pakhi a very well deserved slap. 😃 She stood by the faith and trust she had in her husband. How cute, that she knows her husband so well. Loved those lines "And even if I did not witness..."
Afterwards both finding solace in each other, Raghav calming Kalpi down and also helping her in controlling her power. They are each other's strength. Loved their decision to leave Maharaj Fort that day itself. But Prem was upto playing his game again! before that loved Ragna moments, especially how Kalpi made Raghav wash his lips before allowing him to kiss her. 😆
Okay, my heart had started thudding loudly when Raghav gulped down the wine. Suspected some foul play then and then when Raghav lost consciousness, his last thoughts being his wife's safety my emotions felt his fear and got more anxious. That cheapo disgusting man Prem, tried to force himself upon Kalpi, hurt her and dragged her. Her cries were heard even by Raghav apart from other Northsmen alerting them. Her cries gave Raghav the strength to fight his drowsiness and give Pakhi a befitting lesson. Even then he asked forgiveness from God for hurting a woman. Such a respectable and ideal man he is.
Finally Eaghav was able to come in the nick of time to save Kalpi and all truths came out. Prem hurt Raghav and blinded him! 😲 Kalpi also got to know of Prem's true colors. She underwent so much but the fact that Prem had hurted her husband and he wanted to kill Raghav, she couldn't bear and her power triggered.
Loved the fact that even in this state she distinguished between her Lord Husband and Prem.
PART-25: The way Kalpi strived for and saved her Northsmen soldiers, her husband's men fell in love with Kalpi. 😃 There Raghav cared for nothing but his wife's safety, trying to battle all and save his wife. He was able to save her just as she lost all energy and fell off the balcony. In this update, I truly felt the essence of ypur title of this FF. "The Lion and the Panther"- 😳 Raghav and Kalpi both would always be with each other and fight together, for each other.
Finally they were at Athma in a safe place. Kalpi regained consciousness after three days and her eyes searched for only Raghav. Loved the way her soul fought inside to return for her love. Raghav was guilt-ridden and the way Samar made him realise his mistake was commendable.
One request and question: will we see a happy-ending or a happy-story for Samar too? 😳 he too deserves happiness after all he does for his friend and his homeland.
Kalpi was also guilt-ridden and both need only each other to get rid of those thoughts. Her husband tried everything to not let her feel guilty, telling her even in that state she stood for Raghav and his men. Then Raghav finally broke down in front of his wife, after seeing bruises on her body again. Kalpi forgetting all her pain helped her husband let go of those feelings.
Loved how Kalpi told Raghav that "I know you will put his head on a spike and all of Greyland will look upon his diseased form in scorn and disgust... I know you will give me this gift... You have never denied me anything before..." 😃
PART-26: A Chapter dedicated to Kalpana's family witnessing Ragna's true love and how their bond has grown to become strong and strength of each other. I read it thrice you know. 😳 😆 😃
Loved first scene where Raghav and Kalpana go together for ceremony dedicated to their fallen Northsmen warriors. The soldiers muttered Thank You to Kalpi and the burden off guilt lessened in her. 😳
Raghav and kalpi are so much into each other, come to admire and love their love, bond even more with each Chapter you write. Please please let it be so, never separate them. Loved all teasing sessions and Raghav letting go of formality unconsciously and almost addressing his Lady Wife as "My Love". Loved their open display of affection for each other and satisfied Vitthal-Kamla.
Their bedroom scene Raghav is enjoying carefree avatar of his wife but at the same time cannot help but bewitched by the naked beauty of his wife. Kalpi caught him staring at her chest and then when she confronted him teasingly, loved Raghav's reply "Ah well..." - Raghav lowered his gaze and bit his lips with a small smile- "I do love those as well. Are they getting bigger?" ☺️
Both are lost in the dreams of their child, hope the child is safe and sound. 😳 Teji scene and her happiness on seeing her friend happy was also cute and Oh, loved Ragna sleeping together on Cot. 😃
The healing ceremony is there and even I am scared. Loved blood taking scene,especially of Raghav. Love how you write all these as if such practices in fact happen. As the ceremony progresses, Kalpana's pain increases and Raghav is horified and concerned. Really hope the ceremony is complete without any obstruction successfuly! Loved the entire update. 😃
