Part 2 Kalpana didn't realise when she went down a deep slumber while listening to music. She woke up when she heard the air hostess instructing them abut the safety measures needed 2 be taken while the plane was landing. Some ppl around her were busy collecting their things i.e. when she remembered about the halt at uk. The plane landed , some ppl got off while some boarded in. An hour later the entire plane was full when she looked around.She was not understanding why the plane wasn't taking off. Her doubt was answered when the air hostess apologised for the delay as the plane was waiting for some more passengers. Kalpana huffed in irritation as she hated ppl who did not value others time.
She turned behind to see an empty seat at the rear end of the row exactly behind her & nodded her head giving a disgusted look. Her look softened when she saw a 5-6 year old kid in its dreamland just beside the empty seat. Kalpana always had this soft corner for children.
Suddenly the door opened. A man walked in. All heads turned in awe to see an ideal figure dressed in a classy official attire. His blazer held by him in 1 hand & his phones in the other as he walked towards the only empty seat in attitude which wud make any girl go gaga on him. Sharp looks with a well built physique was well complimented with the attitude with which he carried himself. The air hostess' & most females present there could not help but drool over his style .
But a great exception being 'Kalpana Vitthal Jadhav' who was niether impressed by his attire nor his style. She hardly cared of the external features of a person. The only feeling she got was of disgustment for the man who walked in sooo coolly after wasting everybody's time not even bothering to utter a sorry !!
The man got onto his seat & immediately called somebody. Kalpana overheard the conversation.
Man :Sammy(in anger)... ye sab kya hai ?? Maine bola tha ki mujhe business class ki tickets chahiye. Ye tune mujhe kaunse crowded place mein bhej diya hai.
Sammy :Raghav ,kuch der adjust kar lena yaar ... pura plane full tha...sirf yehi ticket available tha.
Raghav :Tujhe pata hai ... these places are not my types ... I hate it when ppl stare at me as if kabhi koi insaan hi na dekha ho !!
Kalpana POV :(with a feeling to bash dat person's face) Itna hi tha toh time pe aana chahiye tha ya fir muh chipa ke aana chahiye tha ... baat toh aise kar raha hai as if Hrithik Roshan ho. Arey HR bhi itna natak nahi karega ...Chhod na Kalpi ...tu kyu apna mood kharaab kar rahi hai !!
An air hostess walked 2wards raghav pulling her skirt a bit 2 straighten the crimps on it. Kalpana gave an awful look & began 2 stare outside the window all over again. The air hostess asked him 2 switch off his phone as the plane wud take off soon. The next 2 hours Kalpi cud see air hostess' going 2 Raghav for numerous reasons. She preferred ignoring the RICHIE RICH & the hawai sundaris drooling over him & got back 2 her music .
Some time later Kalpana heard a cute lil voice from behind saying "Mom, I want 2 see the clouds. Why couldn't Daddy take a window seat ?" The family was at the rear end of the row availing not even a glimpse through the window. Kalpana sighed as she saw the kid almost in tears. She smiled at the kid when she felt he was looking at him & hinted him to exchange seats. An instant glow appeared on the boy's face as he got of his seat 2 exchange seats wid Kalpana. Raghav was already irritated of the eyes stealing glances at him & the air hostess' coming and disturbing him again & again.
Raghav POV : lo ek aur! inn ladkiyon ka kuch samajh mein hi nahi aata. Amir ladke dikhe nahi toh inke sapne rangne shuru ho jaate hai.
Raghav was not completely at fault for thinking in such a manner as he was always surrounded with selfish ppl & womwn who wud try 2 hit on him coz of his wealth. Kalpana took her seat beside Raghav. The child's mother who was on the other side thanked her for her graciousness. Kalpana experienced a mixture of Raghav's hatred 2wards females, the ppl & the air hostess' staring at him as he began to bombard his ruthless words.
Raghav :(smirking loud enough for Kalpana & the lady to hear) Graciousness...O god !! Or should I say selfishness. Ma'am(intending the female besides Kalpana) You don't know such girls ... jo taakh mein hi hoti hai aamir ladkon ke. The moment they see a rich guy they make up plans in their mind 2 trap him. And that too girls from India ...
Now those were heights !! Kalpana cud not bear the insults thrown at her any longer. How cud any random guy speak about her character & insult her country ?? Not allowing 2 complete his statement she spoke
Kalpana :Hindi toh badi acchi bol lete hai aap. Sharam nahi aati khud ke desh ke baare mein aise baat karte hue. Arey apne hi aise bolenge toh auron se kya umeed rakhe hum. And what were u saying about Indian girls ... aapko bada experience lagta hai !! Honge aap kahi ke Richie Rich lekin iska yeh matalb nahi ki aap mere ya fir mere desh ke baare mein bolne ka koi haq rakhte hai.
Raghav was left dumbstruck as she requested the child's father to exchange seats with her . He agreed readily as he felt sorry for the poor thing who had to bear humiliation for helping his son. Raghav was yet shocked as no one had ever spoken 2 him like dat. As Kalpana rose from her seat she shot a look at Raghav and said
Kalpana : I have no damn interests in sitting beside u. My only interest was helping that kid. Aur ayenda apne desh ke baare mein Kuch accha nahi bol sakte toh kuch bura toh mat bolo !!
Raghav :Badi aayi 'MOTHER INDIA'
Some where or the other Raghav felt that he was at fault for speaking about India but his ego overtook his guilt as he saw Kalpana exchanging her seat with the child's father.
Raghav POV: Bahut dekkhi hai iss jaisi characterless ladkiyaan. Accha hua aafat gayi !!
Little did he know that there wud be 1 day where he would crave to have her beside him. But how would that be possible if they are sitting so far having only the feeling of hatred for each other. How will this feeling transform into something else like respect, care ... ahem ahem... LOVE maybe ?? Will they have an encounter again ??
