I deserve better- Kalpana (OS) Part III updated on page 4

Part I
she is feeling dejected today. She wants to run away from all this. On her wedding day, Raghav ditched her. He had broken her trust, her aai-baba's dreams. She had lost faith in love today. The bench where she used to spend her sad moments will not be able to bear her pain today. She runs toward the beach. she wants to cry out her heart at Mumbai's heart. She is not afraid about oddness of the hour.

She is seeing the ocean. Ocean's water is salty maybe it is made of the tears of unlucky people like her. She thinks. suddenly a voice interrupts : Girl in bridal wear at late night near ocean ! have u ran away from ur marriage or ur groom have ran away from marriage. R u planning to commit suicide.

Kalpana looks at the source of voice but can't see him properly as Her eyes are full of tears.
The person again speaks : ' Ok so ur groom had ran away. So u are planning to commit suicide. Don't u love urself that u are planning to give ur life for a cheater? Some people don't have life to live and Some people don't value life. cruel joke of destiny.

The person moves to the farthest corner of beach

Kalpana looks at the deep water of ocean and realises the depth of this person's words. She is not here for suicide as she is not so weak. but She had always given others priority in her life, She had forgotten to love herself in this process. She always wants to achieve her aai's undivided love and always tries to fulfill her aai's dreams. And Today she does not what her own dream is. Raghav's love showed her a dream world and she started believing it.She always loved everyone and wanted to be loved by them but forgot to love herself.She gathers herself and looks at the person. He is still there. Now her vision is clear as she has wiped her all tears. But she is not able to see him as he is at farthest corner.

Kalpana comes back to chawl and stops vittal from hurting Raghav more.
Kalpana : Baba, we should thank him. He had taught us a great lesson today. We should not believe people blindly.
Vittal (in concerned voice) : But princess, where r u ? I am so worried about u.
Kalpana : Was running away from my life but meet my life in the process.

Vittal, Kamla, Pakya and Kalpana go to their home leaving Raghav there. Raghav looks at Kalpana but she does not looK back to him. Raghav is feeling so helpless seeing Kalpana like this but he does not have an option. He had choosen Revenge over love. But one day, He will set everything right and gets his love back . He will marry her infront of all these people.

After 2 years,
Kalpana is getting married today. She is still not ready. Fear of previous incidence is haunting her. But suddenly Kusum, her Bhabhi comes to her and announces that groom and barat have already reached. A smile appears on her lips and she self thinks - "He knows me more than myself "

She remembers the happening of her life in last 2 years.

Note:
This is not about Ragna.
It is about Kalpana's journey for rediscovering herself. She had lived life accord to her aai's dreams and one fateful night she was betrayed by her love. Her real story starts from there. This OS starts at the night when Raghav ditched Kalpana on Mandap and ends at the wedding of Kalpana. The journey from that night to this night is quite tough. Love and trust anyone after that betrayal was tough but Kalpana overcomes her fear and ready for giving love a second chance in her life
I will complete this OS in 2 or 3 more updates.

part -2
Flashback.

Nothing is permanent. dawn comes after the night.after that Fateful night She starts her life with new hopes, new dreams on next morning . She resigns from Raghav's office. She did not resign because she is afraid of her feelings for Raghav or she is afraid of people's taunts but now she wants to live her life on her own terms.

Raghav does not accept her resignation. She does not know what to do and she goes to the beach. Kalpana sees the setting sun. It is beautiful sight. The bright red sun is setting and an orange glow has spread over the sky. She starts enjoying the beauty of setting sun.
And suddenly she hears the same voice which she heard yesterday : People say only saddist people love watching setting sun as it indicates an end But they forget that sun sets every evening so it can rise every morning.

She looks at the person and she sees a tall,dark and handsome young man with bright but sad eyes
Kalpana : Do you get fees for ur motivational speech or it is just a social work.
He stares her back with his a curious glimpse in his eyes
Person : I have seen u somewhere.. where ..where .. yes you are the same girl who was planning to suicide yesterday.
Kalpana : I was not planning to suicide. I know the value of life.
Person : Ok, I believe u.. but what were you doing here yesterday.
Kalpana : It is not ur business.
Person : I think I can help u.
Kalpana : You don't know me . how can u help me?
Person : Sometimes not knowing someone is a boon.As we can share our pain with strangers as they don't know us.
Kalpana : Do you have guts to share ur pain with me and please don't say that you don't have pain.
The person looks at her surprisingly. He is coming here from the day he had discovered that he is suffering from brain tumour. The truth of his disease had shaken him. He don't have life to live though he wants to live. Doctors have suggested that his survival chance is 1% in the operation. He does not have courage to take this risk. He accepted his fate and spending his last days.
Person : You are the first person who is asking me this. Ok, I will tell u my story and u will tell yours. we don't know each other and so, u will not feel sorry for me and I will not feel sorry for u.

Kalpana and he tell each other their life story and they learn lesson from each others story.
Kalpana : I will live my life for my dreams . you are right we should thankful to god for giving us life.
Person : I will take a chance and opts for operation. I will fight for my life so that If I would die, I would not regret that I do not take a chance.
Kalpana : All the best. I will pray to god for ur survival.
Person : If I survive the operation, we will meet here someday and all the best for ur dreams


They leave from there as two strangers but the destiny has other plans for them.

Kalpana gives interview in one of the top construction company Sambhav Constructions. Owner of Sambhav construction is a charming 65 year old man Mr.satyanath Grewal. He is shrewd businessman with golden heart. It is said that It is tough to impress him. But today he is impressed by the dusky beauty Kalpana. He is impressed by the way she demanded 6 month's advance salary and by the way she presented her business proposal with so much confidence. Her business proposal is almost perfect. He is surprised to see this proposal from a young girl like her.

She gets the job and 10% partnership in new sister concen of Sambhav industries . She gives Raghav the contract money and goes to temple.
She prays : ' I am starting a new life today. It is my first step toward my own dreams. please be with me always. Keep my family and Raghav happy. He had taken a wrong decision and I know he is hurt but Please give him strength so he can walk on his decision. I can't forgive him but I can't see him distraught and please give him some sense so he can amend his way and does not hurt Pakhi .I dislikes her but she is innocent. and please help that stranger. He has taken a chance. Please take care of him."

A stranger became the part of Kalpana's prayers.

After 6 month, She is again in a tough situation. She had achieved a lot in this 6 months. now,She is 20% partner of Sister concern of Sambhav Constructions. But her professional life clashes with her personal life as new project demands her to work with Raghav. She goes to beach to find solace.

and she meets him again.
Person : I said u that We will meet again.
Kalpana : Its good to see u.
Person : Again in a problem.
Kalpana : Same is with u.

They again share their problem with each other.
Kalpana : It is good that we are strangers.
Person : yes.. you are right. I am going to patch up with my girlfriend and u.
Kalpana : I will keep my professional life apart from my personal life.
They greet each other All the best.
