Now about her reply yes I too was expecting her to be more sarcastic and taunting in nature but as you said she applied the reverse psychology and raghav didn't expected that he thought she being the attitude vaali will give a more insulting reply but she was completely different calm and cool that made him more surprised.
Today's episode was sweet and light-hearted; scenes between ragna paakhi-kalpi kalpi-kamla all were good and in sync but today for me star was Sammy I have written this in some other post too but I liked how he was genuinely worried about raghav's future and long term happiness his dialogue "aajkal tere expression confuse vale rehte hai jais tu soch raha hai ki tujhe khush rehne ka hakh hai ki nai " I really loved it
All in all a good episode coz of Monday new party drama will start and in the end no one will be as hurt as poor kalpi 😭

Sammy gave a good line to Raghav! Raghav feels guilty whenever he feels happy which happens when he's with Kalpi.
Kalpi might have softened up to Raghav. Maybe thats why also she did not say too much to Raghav,

Kalpis reaction in my opinion was perfect. She made her point- both wrt to his remark about "sadakchap" tastes as well as about not wanting to change-not to speak of the genda phool.

I appreciated her courage- to stop him by hand and take the flowers and give them the respect they deserved.

She replied with dignity and firmness- for which Raghav had no reply! That it had him stunned goes to show he was affected deeply by her reply ! 😊

Her calm response could mean he hasnt affected her deeply, as you say. On the other hand, I would also like to believe she is beginning to understand him.

Go back to the previous night, when she notices that while Raghav doesnt give her a lift, he comes all the way tp ensure her safety. Her peaceful smile of that understanding as she mulls over it in the night.

Is she beginning to understand that his rudeness is only in the exterior ?

I would also think that Kalpi is now constantly awakening Raghavs conscience !

I like this gradual approach to the building of an understanding between them. It always runs deeper than what mere words express!

I commented on this some days back on a thread. Kalpi's reactions to Raghav's rudeness and outburst have toned down considerably since the night of his drunken confession, 14th Feb episode.

Raghav is aware that in a moment of weakness he revealed a side of himself to Kalpi that he works hard at hiding from the whole world which led Kalpi to understand him better and be more forgiving, accepting of his behavior. Even the time she answered him back in Alibaug when he shouted at her for not knocking on the door, she was firm yet polite...the Kalpi before the 14th Feb incident would have spoken to him differently.
That infuriates him on many levels - mad at himself for revealing himself, mad at Kalpi for being more understanding and softer in her approach to him which makes it even more challenging for him to distance himself from her, harder to resist her which in turn makes him use harsher words with her to convince himself and Kalpi that he doesnt care! Meanwhile, Kalpi is totally clueless about the affect she has on Akhdoo hence gets confused at his rudeness.

Raghav does not really care about class and status especially when it comes to the Jadhavs. Kalpi senses it, deep down.IMHO, Raghav is not angry for being in love with a maid's daughter Kalpi due to her class and status though he may use it as an excuse. He is frustrated because falling in love with Kalpi is messing up his revenge plans.
