Hello Everyone,
I am sure that this episode was certainly better than the last one for many reasons. However, there's one reason that stuck out to me the most - Kalpi's reply. Now, I know that many of you want her to get mad and yell at him or slap him. Heck, even I want him to get slapped for how he behaved. However, I liked how she replied so politely. Why, you may wonder? Because that means that Raghav's words didn't penetrate her enough for her to lose her cool. He always loses his cool in front of her, even if it's to hide his emotions. However, she kept her professionalism and replied politely, indicating that whatever he said didn't affect her enough to get her super mad. It meant that she was in full control of the situation. I liked that because I know that that would hurt Raghav more. No, don't get me wrong. I don't like seeing Raghav hurt, but he deserves something after what he did in the last episode. This was the best slap he could get!
She has power enough to make him lose his cool and get super mad, even though he is usually very soft with others (other than the kapoor). On the other hand, he doesn't see the same reaction from Kalpi. I think this is another thing that makes him so mad. She doesn't share his sentiments! He doesn't have the same power over her. I know that Kalpi probably was super hurt by his behavior, but I am glad that she didn't yell at him and politely told him that success doesn't mean that you have to change yourself because success is not a requirement for life. I also loved how she left him so speechless after this and just walked out, by passively looking at him, because I know that he was either expecting her to cry and walk out or yell at him. She didn't do either!
Or at least, this is what I think. On another note, I am looking forward to the episode on Monday. No, it's not Raghav's reaction to Kalpi, though I am curious about that. It's simply because I want to see Sammy's and Raghav's conversation. Sammy is a good friend and I just hope that he helps Raghav see the light as well, or at least guide to the light (Kalpi).
Special Mention: Temple scene. Nothing overdone. It was brief, and yet so apt. It was really well done too, because it had a lot of symbolism in it as well, which I don't want to go into because someone else has already made a post about that.
