@bold - He definitely did. He deserves all that's coming to him. Hopefully though, he doesn't get more agitated and insult Kalpi. And if he does, I am really hoping that Kalpi holds her ground and gives him a really good counterargument! (Sort of like this episode)

I have mixed feelings about Kalpi's reply. As usual, I always seem to be in the minority here😆. While I am very glad it was not a long drawn out preachy speech from the female lead, I would have liked her to say a bit more perhaps, even though she more or less replied to every point he made. But I absolutely loved the way she handled herself and the situation, politely, with dignity and her reply was to the point.
It really drives him crazy that she is so calm around him while he completely looses it when she is around. He is supposed to be her mentor but she teaches him quite a bit too. Makes one wonder who is mentoring whom?

Sammy and Raghav's relationship does make me curious. I like how Sammy does not push Raghav, he shows him the mirror and then gives him space.

I am really beginning to like EMA, simple story telling, simply told and not OTT for the most part. Quite refreshing dont you think?

I actually didn't notice the tremble. I was way tooo focused on his surprised expression 😆

I think that Ashish may have done that deliberating because it was a really nice touch indeed. Either he's super good or he's super lucky 😆

I initially was so shocked that the conversation ended before it even started with the interaction, but then I watched it carefully and I liked it too. I mean, yeah, I would have liked if she said something super cut-throat while she was calm but she is at a stage where she is observing Raghav, and taking it all in. Best part, as you mention, was that she was dignified in her reply.

@bold - It's true though. He's supposed to be her mentor but he's the one doing the learning. I have a feeling that that's what their journey would be like - each mentoring the other person and showing the other person the mirror when needed.

I actually quite enjoy Sammy's interaction with Raghav. He's a good friend and he's trying to make Raghav see the light, while (as you said) not pushing him too much. I am pretty same as you. I got interested in this show about 2 weeks ago and I absolutely enjoy it! It's simple and so meaningful (At least right now), which is very good break from all those really dramatic shows. Hopefully CVs don't ruin it in an attempt to garner TRPs!

Raghav is definitely looking for any excuse to distance himself from her. However, more than excuses, I think he knows that he 'can't' like anyone, mostly because of his revenge (and also the fact that he thinks he doesn't deserve happiness because the people close to him always leave).

I do feel sorry for him, because of his past. However, I just can't forgive him for how rude he acted in the past episode. He cares (and I love it!) but he still needs to chill. I am definitely waiting to know how this will progress and how much Raghav can hold himself back!

I agree! Though I am very curious at how the whole 'confession' scenario will play out, I am very much looking forward to Sa-Ghav's conversation. That should be interesting 😊

Now about her reply yes I too was expecting her to be more sarcastic and taunting in nature but as you said she applied the reverse psychology and raghav didn't expected that he thought she being the attitude vaali will give a more insulting reply but she was completely different calm and cool that made him more surprised.
Today's episode was sweet and light-hearted; scenes between ragna paakhi-kalpi kalpi-kamla all were good and in sync but today for me star was Sammy I have written this in some other post too but I liked how he was genuinely worried about raghav's future and long term happiness his dialogue "aajkal tere expression confuse vale rehte hai jais tu soch raha hai ki tujhe khush rehne ka hakh hai ki nai " I really loved it
All in all a good episode coz of Monday new party drama will start and in the end no one will be as hurt as poor kalpi 😭

I do agree that Wanderer is really good at analysis of the character, and I feel that you're so good yourself. You really see the character in a different light. It's a really interesting and in-depth perspective - just wanted to point out because I don't know if I ever told you that.

Yeah, I liked today's episode too. It was short, to the point, and sweet. Each and every scene were worth the watch. I also liked Kalpi and Paki Chatni wala scene. It was cute!

@bold - And I have to say I absolutely LOVED Sa-Ghav's scene. I liked how he specified his expression as being confused if he really deserved happiness. It gave us a better insight of Raghav's inner dilemma.

I am really hoping that even if Raghav ends up insulting her, it's not in front of everyone. And if it is in front of others, then she stands her solid ground! I wish she simply looks at him and says "It's not my fault that you can't watch who you're talking to. I am not the blind one here." lol. But Seriously, though, I want her to be sarcastic but calm. I don't want her to cry and walk out of there crying (which may be if he says in front of everyone). Even if she's heart broken, I wish she doesn't show it to him. Because, as you said, she will be the one who will be most hurt in the end.

Kalpis reaction in my opinion was perfect. She made her point- both wrt to his remark about "sadakchap" tastes as well as about not wanting to change-not to speak of the genda phool.

I appreciated her courage- to stop him by hand and take the flowers and give them the respect they deserved.

She replied with dignity and firmness- for which Raghav had no reply! That it had him stunned goes to show he was affected deeply by her reply ! 😊

Her calm response could mean he hasnt affected her deeply, as you say. On the other hand, I would also like to believe she is beginning to understand him.

Go back to the previous night, when she notices that while Raghav doesnt give her a lift, he comes all the way tp ensure her safety. Her peaceful smile of that understanding as she mulls over it in the night.

Is she beginning to understand that his rudeness is only in the exterior ?

I would also think that Kalpi is now constantly awakening Raghavs conscience !

I like this gradual approach to the building of an understanding between them. It always runs deeper than what mere words express!

@bold - I really liked that too. Even though he was super mean to her, she held her ground and just replied so simply at him like his impudent behavior didn't offend her. It shows the courage and the step she's willing to take for the things that she loves (could be an indicator telling Raghav that she will stop him from doing anything stupid?)

I think so too about the rudeness. She's beginning to understand that he has tough exterior and soft interior. However, I still think that she may double-guess herself and think of herself as being too optimistic about him if he doesn't change his behavior towards her. Hopefully, the slow progression in the understanding between them also comes with Raghav softening up. This way, it will be easier for her to take the initiative to stop him when he's doing wrong (instead of just thinking that he's Khadoos and that's why he's doing that).

All in all, Great Point =)

Especially agree to what you say about Raghav being angry that Kalpi is not getting affected by him. She just seems so clueless about how he us affected. Don't you also think that somehow with the way Raghav talks to Kalpi he tries to get her attention? Maybe not really, but he does that!

Thank you! I think that's exactly what Kalpi's words did to Raghav. They carried the amount of depth that was needed to get into Raghav's thick skull lol.

@bold - I thought I was the only one who thought that. I feel like he subconsciously wants her around and her attention given to him. He would never explicitly admit it in this mind set. However, he will slowly learn to accept it. I mean, it's like you call her in the cabin and talk to her when you absolutely don't need to. What else for? Unless you want an excuse to speak with her lol. Too optimistic maybe?

Thank you for your wishes. Yeah, I had a feeling that you were at the Indian time because I rarely found you online. I know, I feel like we analyze everything, so it becomes a bit confusing even to us haha. For now, let's just kick back and watch the show. Let's see what the writers have in store for us (hopefully something worthwhile)!

First, hello there Shreya! Really nice name btw. And meaningful too. 👍🏼

I think that Kalpi may have some tentative understanding of Raghav's character. She may be soft with him for that. However, I don't know how long that will last if Raghav continues to be a jerk.

Though I am in the same boat as you Gina, I am not that excited for the confession. I am very curious as to how it will be played out. However, I know that Kalpi will bear the brunt of the whole mistake and would end up being humiliated. My only hope is that she stands her ground and answers effectively like she did in this last episode. I have a feeling that I will end up hating Raghav after the scene. However, let's stay positive and hope that nothing too drastic happens!
