Right now i am too confused to think anything properly ...I just Know I badly need shravan's monologues ,thoughts and self-talks to understand his inner turmoil and to know what he actually feel for her ..They seriously need to give him some inner monolgues otherwise i might go mad and start pulling out my hair !😆

The love that the young shrav had fir sumo was a bit of a hero worshipping love. If you look sumo has changed completely... now there is a lot more to love in her now than then. Same way the memories of the love that shra has for sumo is interspersed with friendship. The shra then was not desirable or exposed to the world. But the one we have now is wordly wise and can and would have had girls.

While sumos love is that of a mature adult shravans is that of a kid. He liked sumo then cause she always guarded his back. She did do that even now. .. But does he still want her in his life as a partner?

Pass judgment but both need to find their love for each other as adults. If I were in sumos position I would consider the friendzone sealed and stick to it. She is going to get to that conclusion next week. And that would get shrav to decide to go to London. And then maybe sumo or someone else would find the letter and stop him again.

Shrav thinks a lot before acting. I have not seen misleading scenes in this show yet. So I am sure cvs won't make it look like shra didn't flirt with sumo or did so subconsciously. Cause it would be difficult to buy.

I think Iit would be best to reserve judgment till next week. But angst definitely is on the cats.

I definitely agree with you that ShraMan need to find their love for each other as adults & IMO they have already. Shravan had never stopped loving Suman, but through the case, he saw her in a new light..he saw her vulnerabilities & if you look at the way he looked at her when they were at her old house, clearly his love for her never changed one bit. In fact, he became even more protective of her.. and that give him the strength to finally let go of the past & ask for friendship, that was his love.

Suman too always loved him, probably more so after he left, where she realised the value of Shravan in her life, thus her dialogue 'pichle das salon mein main phir se akeli ho gayi'.. but the whole revenge drama brought in bitterness. When he came back for her, & for her family, she saw him a new light.. she saw in him her old best friend, & a lot more than just that.. like her acknowledging that he's a hero from his behaviour, looks etc,& regretted over abdandoning him when he needed her in the terrace scene. That was clearly her love. So yes, they've found love already.

Regarding him cornering her etc, like I said its part of his charm. And I feel somewhere he does it to tease her because he knows the effect it has on her, & also because of his own attraction towards her.

Angst was always on the cards for them IMO because even throughout all this they've not fully spoken what's going on in their heart, what they feel for each other etc.. & even though Shravan has moved on, he's not forgotten what she did. No one forgets. With Suman realising that she likes Shravan, she may try to distance herself from him by not stopping him (that's how i think it might play out) & Shravan will not like that. If she doesn't stop him, I am sure that Shravan will be frustrated, because to him, she would be doing the same thing she did a decade ago, & he wouldn't be able to bear her doing the same thing. I can't think of any other way the angst might play out.

I agree with you whole heartedly over Q.1 & Q.3.

About Q.2, I feel that he is fully conscious about the extent of his flirting. I find it hard to believe that the almost kiss in the kitchen was subconscious on his part. He had to know what he was doing, if not in the moment then at least right after.😆 His movements felt too deliberate when he was leaning towards her. It was just not Sumo's impossible and unrealistic expectations of a kiss at play there.😆

Anyway, we have yet to see him flirt in that manner with her ever since he asked to renew their friendship (not even 24 hours has passed😆), so I have no clue how he is going to behave going forward. So I guess next week's episodes are gonna clue us in about why he is really doing this.😆

I think he's aware also, but he doesn't see it as crossing the line, or romantic per se. To be honest, I don't see the almost kiss in the kitchen any different from when he corned her in his room, or even when he tried to almost corner her in the initial episodes when he took back the dress he bought for her to wear in the party. I feel its the angles we saw that made it look like a kiss, & those angles were more of Suman's hyperactive imaginations playing out rather than Shravan leaning in for a kiss per se. I really don't think he wants a confession out of her, honestly if that is really what he wants, it will ruin the beauty of the terrace scene & IMO change Shravan's character to someone we don't know.

He definitely doesn't want a confession out of her, at least not now. I don't think he can even handle one right atm and I doubt he will even completely buy it. But all the flirting at least for me, is him trying gage whether anything more than friendship is possible between them. But that's for the far off future, right now his main priority is rebuilding their friendship.

He loves her much more than before, his love is mature, selfless, grounded, deeper, he keeps his love on a much higher pedestal, it's not diluted with attraction or infatuation as adults, not affected by his new confidence, suave, style or success. For any guy with such good looks, success, intelligence , style and suave,... confessing would be an easy way out as he is very well aware of the girl's reaction and the effect he has on girl .. But is that love ?? NO, it's more of physical attraction between them, which is quite natural ..Shravan didn't hang on to that as well .. he didn't propose to her even after knowing her reaction .. but for Shravan that is not love and wouldn't want Suman to accept her love based on those moments and he is not aware of her real feelings which are changed, in these 10 years .

Why did he friendzone her ??

"Aisa ho saktha hain ki tumhein kuch pasand ho aur main na banao " after hearing this if Shravan confessed "I love you " Suman would reciprocate that she loves him...but Shravan would only feel that she loves him because "aisa ho sakta hain ki usse jo pasand hain aur woh na karein ?? " and does shravan want this ?? NO...even after knowing she can do anything for him, he still friendzone'd her, which is nothing but once again, his character

He is giving her the space, he is letting her take the decision, he is not forcing his feelings on her.. ... on the front it might look like Shravan took the lead when he sealed that beautiful ehsaas as "Dosti" but what I see is he is letting her take the lead from there...from where they started, their innocent friendship which they left 10 years back . If Suman wants to be friends for life, he would be,..and this is not being mahaan or being sacrificing. it's just that... "aisa nahin ho sakta ki Suman ko jo pasand hain aur Shravan na karein ..." he didn't say that word.. but it's written all over the place... it has been an unsaid protocol between them.. just like him always being the one to wait back then and even now...here also he would wait for her , without tagging their relation with "love" he is giving her the space and lead to do what she likes...

And how thoughtful and beautiful is that..where a guy doesn't force his love on the girl ...

Qn 2 : Why is he flirting with her then?

This flirting this is just a charm and I think he does it subconsciously without any plan or intention .. more like he is used to it... over the years he has developed this amazing skill set of sweeping women off the floor with his charm .. remember the divorce case where the wife agreed instantly when Shravan spoke to her and also Urvashi and all kitty ladies were just awed by his charm .. which comes to him naturally .. as that is what he lacked back then ... Sumo went to prom night back then with some other guy and not nerdy Shravan who lacked the charm .. but later over years he developed that very skill and made that weakness as his strength and using it when needed .. but his intentions behind using charm or flirting are harmless (or kitty ladies or the client ) and when it comes to Sumo there are no intentions... it's just natural him..may be he enjoys watching his charm work on her ..
True that about Preeta's angle Sam...valid point .. it did play a catalyst role in Suman's reactions .

Qn3: Did Shravan not notice Suman's behaviour?

He knows his effects on Suman.. he noticed her behavior, he knows how she feels with his touch and with his closeness.. but did he equate it to love ?? No, because despite knowing his effect on her and her reactions.. he didn't equate it with love ,,,he is still unsure of the feelings of "love" with in Suman.. he can't ask..either.. if she loves him .. as that would be forcing his love on her in the name of fees.. it could come out as her ehsaan chukaana for the fees .. and Suman would reciprocate it either way .. but Shravan doesn't want any condition, majboori, ehsaan, to seal their love , So lets start this journey from where we stopped 10 years back and it's beautiful !! The respect he has for their bond is beyond beautiful .He didn't let her thoughts verge into the "guilt" misunderstanding or pain of 10 years, took off from where it stopped 10 years back.

WORD on him never crossing the line with her despite being the new attractive guy in town who she once made fun of & belittled. He always maintained a respectful space & despite his views on women (which came from his mum & her betrayal), he never treated her as just a woman.. but rather as an individual, who is equal.. in fact, somewhere he's always given her more power over him than he has in himself..almost borderline worshipping (esp as a teen) and that esp came across in the way her words stung him, & the way he got emotional during the court case & gave Khosla money instead of doing his job as a lawyer. For her, he changed, & is constantly willing to change. Despite her hurting him time & time again, he came back for her.. and even then didn't expect any gratitude or more from her. Despite his love, he put her first & asked for friendship.. HOW BEAUTIFUL & RESPECTFUL IS THAT!

YES YES YES the flirting is part of his persona.. it is something that he picked up over the years & it comes very naturally to him & these are the little things about Shravan that has changed over the years even though his core is the same.. Add to that the fact that he loves her.

Exactly, he's being cautious. He doesn't want to assume more the way he did a decade ago, that's why he doesn't read too much into her actions. He's learned his lesson, that too the hard way. And now he cannot afford to loose her at any cost.

Well written Sammy!

And I completely see his approach. It is the most prudent approach. Because it's been ten years. And ten years changes the most steadfast of people. They practicality don't know each other being completely out of touch.

So taking it one step at a while is the best decision he could have taken.

Yes he loves her. And though it might not be so evident he knows this deep down.

Sumo got to know about her feelings a little early because she had been waiting for him for 10 years. And now that he has come back and seeing all that he has done for her... Seeing how changed he is and he is so much of her childhood friend... It was easier for to accept her feelings.

I love the track CVs have taken.

Back when he was trying to lure her into the party, there was clear flirting from his side & he even understood that his charm works on her too. But I wouldn't buy that argument now because of

1. his hesitation to place his hand on hers in the house when she was pouring her heart out about being lonely for the last 10 years..similar in the swing scene. That was for me, a mark of his genuine love for her & also his fear that if he gave in, he would not be able to control himself from letting her know of his feelings

2. the way he gets conscious when she enters the room when he's changing.. quite a contrast to when he was trying to lure her into the party & had no qualms in changing infront of her. He was smirking & flirting even as she got conscious.

3. Shravan declaring to his family that there is no possibility of him ever loving Suman.. if he really intended to get a confession out of her, he would never say that.

Also, Pushkar doesn't behave the same way, because there is a clear difference in the relationship he shares with her. The history & the feelings are not the same, as they are in ShraMan's relationship.

IMO, if Shravan is really trying to get a confession out of her, it would take away from the beauty of the terrace scene, where he placed her first, & gave the biggest testament of his love. And I personally feel its unlike Shravan to hatch a plan like this to make her confess, after he's gone through heartbreak for inferring too much into her actions in the past..

IMO he speaks for the future because he's let go of all expectations that she could ever love him. And that comes from the hurt & rejection he went through as a teen. Yes, he's decided to move on by starting on a clean slate, but that doesn't mean he's forgotten the happenings of the past. They're still ingrained in his mind & heart.. if Suman ever tries to leave him again or do something similar, the anger will be twicefold. I guarantee. Its just that his love for her has covered those painful memories for now & it doesn't hurt him the way it hurt him when he first returned.

Yeah more than Shravan, its Preeti's behaviour that I find confusing.

Like suddenly, the CVs have made her so hyperactive & sweet. PreeKar hints were always there, but I'd like if they made that transition subtly.. rather than suddenly showing so much of her & Pushkar all of a sudden. I also do see a lot of problems ShraMan are going to face due to PreeKar, but I'm reserving judgements for now because the CVs have constantly dealt with typical tracks very refreshingly without much melodrama.

I think we have a seriously hyperactive fandom.. and its only been 2 months into the show. God knows what else is yet to happen. 😆

AND YES, I AM SO GLAD THE CVs WENT FOR FRIENDSHIP FIRST. Esp since it means so much to their relationship...that is where their love for each other lies; in the friendship, companionship they shared together as teens, & even as adults in the way they supported each other during Khosla's court case. My heart breaks for Shravan..because his love for her is so pure & selfless. He is so unaware of the goodness inside him..as Suman herself said how could anyone possibly leave him? And how could he even think like this? Like how can one love another so so much?? The low self-esteem is still very much a part of his core..I hope Suman's love helps him come out of that & helps him learn to love himself.
