I thought of just creating a separate post for this because so many people are asking the same question over & over - why is Shravan flirting with Suman if he friendzoned her? Is he leading her on? Is he trying to get a confession?
So here's my 2 cents & this is strictly my POV. Please feel free to disagree.
NO. HE IS NOT LEADING HER ON. NO HE IS NOT TRYING TO GET HER TO CONFESS. NO HE IS NOT PLAYING MIND GAMES.

1. Why did he 'friendzone' her? Does he not love her anymore?
He was immature in the past, & wrote her a love confession, & lost her. He held on to the hurt not just because she betrayed him as a friend in that moment when he needed her, but also because somewhere she rejected him & his love everyday with her belittling remarks. But now, he cannot afford to loose her anymore. He himself said it that despite all the years spent apart, he could never get her out of his life, his mind, his heart. So, he offered her friendship by prioritizing her, over his own desire to want more than just that. And to some extent, even freed her. By freeing her, I mean that he let go of expectations that she could ever love him, or that she has to. So somewhere when he asked for friendship again, it was really a clean slate to start off where it started. As friends. From the first day they became friends, not where they left off a decade ago & this was indicated in the way young ShraMan were juxtaposed with adult ShraMan in the terrace scene. That doesn't mean he doesn't love her anymore. He still does. But he's chosen to give his love the name of friendship..which is why he called friendship sabse khoobsurat ehsaas. If the time comes, he may give up on 'love' but not friendship.. because it is the friendship that binds them together.

Qn 2 : Why is he flirting with her then?
1. He knows the effect he has on women..and when you have a woman you love (regardless of whether she's a friend or whatever) you will if not consciously, very subconsciously try to flirt through your body language.
2. It is part of his charm.. a trait he acquired while growing up to get rid of the traces of his earlier self that she ridiculed. And it comes to him quite naturally. He flirted with Urvashi too. And he's doing the same with Suman, without any intentions.
3. Somewhere also I feel that the gestures we are seeing.. like him going close to her in the kitchen, even though they are real, they are more of an exaggeration of Suman's mind which has Preeta filling it in that he's going to kiss her.. so the scene appears more from her perspective.. if you look at it from Shravan's perspective he's simply being playful & normal like how childhood best friends are.
Qn3: Did Shravan not notice Suman's behaviour?
In the terrace scene, before asking for friendship, Shravan reminded Suman that she's promised him to give him what he wants.. If he is merely asking for friendship, why did he need to emphasise on the promise? Because he's scared.
I think he did notice Suman behaving differently, but I think somewhere he doesn't read too much into it, because he's gone through rejection once & is too scared to go through it again, which is why he chose friendship. Furthermore, its after a decade they've met..they left off as teenagers & now they're adults. So he wants to give it time.
Shravan is not your typical male lead, who goes all out for revenge to get back at the FL & the CVs have time & time again established that. He's a man of character, & his love for her is as pure as white snow. It reminds me of this poem -
"I saw a poor man running madly on the streets on a winter snowing night. His coat was torn, his shoes were holed , his face shone like a brilliant million suns. A strange sparkle in his eyes and even though he was cold, hungry and poor , I saw stars glittering through his soul. Its then that I saw it - he was a man in love."
