I can read, write and speak Hindi very well.
But I still agree with the TM it's difficult / annoying to read/ understand Hindi written in English ( I mean with English alphabets.
Even I don't read long posts sometimes that are in Hindi.

Lol I should be asking u which parts of the form u visit cuz most of the daily posts are usually in Hindi

i agree, most of the posts are in hindi and its hard to keep up with the discussions when they are like that. even if its for fun post, make an effort to write it in universal language where everyone can take part.

also, i dont think that many know that the reason for forum activity to be less is also due to this very reason. and forum ranking also effects when the posts are in Hindi. when people search something on the search engine, DDEJ forum topics wont come up and this is the very reason why the views on the forum dont add and is less.

i hope everyone here, read the discussions in this topic and understand what we are trying to say here.

@bold: thanks for bringing that up Sia.. it does affect the forum ranking too.. like u said, people search in english and our forum topics wont come up so that lessens the views count of the forum..

Such a shame that people can't make the effort to post in English when it would help forum rank and increase the popularity of the forum.

That's what I dont understand, ppl crib about making the forum more active and the rankings to go up but cant take the effort to post in a universal language and are insensitive to the fact that there people who don't understand. What happened to making an effort for DDEJ?
