Notice how he emphasize the word FRIEND. And notice how even Vinny said "it's a jealousy track".

It's obivous from the dancing, that Raghu went to get Antara's hand but Rukhsana pulled him back and when Antara was near him, he was looking at her, making her feel jealous. But I liked how at the end Rantara danced.

Yep, no love triangle, Raghu has fallen for Antara here.
