I think Sandy felt guilty early on when she was lying to bhabho. Bhabho always had the aura of honesty and truthfulness then. Suraj putting her on a pedestal also added to the aura for Sandy. Then she tried also to find her lost mother in her.
You have to love your family unconditionally but to turn blind to their faults is wrong. Suraj has taken this big step now although him saying he would be back in 15 days is not helping Bhabho correct her faults. Her ego still remains sky high. Suraj being indifferent might only make her think twice. Yes, to answer your question, Suraj is equally to blame. But he can't help it. He sees only the good in everyone in his family.

Wonderfully said Deebs amma... Missed u a lot... 😳 About Suraj.. Ignoring someone's fault make them more dangerous n faulty... He is helpless against bhabo I can understand but I wish Suraj be more strict towards his siblings at least... He might save them from being such evil...!!!

Nice post. I feel the same thing.
I just cant understand why people are so blind.
And one more thing, today whole episode they were scolding sooraj. But god knows why. Cant he buy something for his wife. After all its his money. He didnt take someone else money to purchase. But no, nobody spoke. Ahhh... I hate it

If he had bought it for her, it would have been great, but from the spoilers it seems that they bought it for Chavi for rakhi...😭

I mean at Sandhay's b'day the only one from the RP who gave her the gift was chaturi who is not even their family and Sandhua hell bent on winning the RP at any cost!!!😡

It would have been nice if Chaturi also put rakhi band to Suraj and he gave her a gift but alas

Also why would Sandhya drag Suraj for buying jewelery for herself, that wouldn't be consistent with her character!!!

well i am sort of agreeing with you because logically u r right about everything u said. but looking at the way characters really are at its core, i dont blame them for their actions. surya are as different as chalk and cheese but they are alike in many ways like their strong mind, clean intentions and simple heart, good nature etc.. they dont raise their voice infront of bhabho because both of them consider her their mother and for them it is that simple. there is nothing above a mother for them. it is bhabho who is the elder here and a mother not the other way around. suraj is trying to balance out between being a husband and a son. it is babho whose rotten beliefs are cause of trouble here. surya are not fighting for their rights, they are fighting to keep the family together and fulfill sandy's dream so creating drama like bhabho does is not going to change bhabho's mindset. there is not point in yelling at a loud speaker.

if surya start scheming, creating drama, lying or giving back answers then what will be difference between their character and other kids of bhabho? the beauty and charm of their characters will be gone.

i understand that letting anybody walk all over u is wrong and makes one sound weak but suraj is not weak. he is strong hence he walked out of house.

I am not totally disagreeing with u... Cause bhabo is just a woman for me not my mother so I can only think logically not emotionally... But I believe just because a person is elder or a mother they should not forgive every wrong thing she is doing...

About charm of the characters... We r used to see our leads too good to be true.. Its not a fantasy tale so I think makers should introduce characters like normal people... Not 100% angel or 100% evil...!!!

I have always believed that real life shouldnt be compared with fiction..Alot of things serials show are not real , sometimes they do take real life incidents but make changes according to the story ..its better to look at things from the serial's point of view or the kind of justification script writer has given us.
But then again script writers hardly have a choice of their own, they somehow have to strictly make changes or stick to something according to the demand of trp audience. .
In this show both Suraj and Sandhya are examples of perfection.. its just that their love and respect for Bhabo overwhelms every little thing but when Suraj found out that now she's not the women of principles she used to be ,he wants her to rectify her mistakes..Now that they have left the house ,Its a really good punishment Suraj has given to her, I m waiting to see her repent.

I don't think Suraj left the for Bhabo's mistake, and wanted her to rectify.

1. He left the house because Bhabo left no choice for him. He had to choose between Bhabo's decision or Sadhya's dream and he chose the second one. He realizes that he does things for his parents and siblings, same way he has responsibility for his wife too.

2. He also left the house because in his eyes Bhabo is like his god, but knowing Bhabo's ill deeds for stopping Sandhya for exam or to win the competition broke his heart, he was not thinking that bhabo did evil things, he is thinking how hurt bhabo must be which compel her to do things against her nature.

So he didn't want Sandhya's IPS prep happened in front of bhabo which will hurt her more and compel her to do more bad deeds to stop Sandhya.

well so far fighting for rights is concerned, suraj walked out of house coz he wanted to fulfill sandy's dream and that in a way is fighting for what they want. unlike his siblings, he doesnt scheme, lie or yell at the top of his lungs about what he wants. suraj just does it and i admire him for walking out of house. he wants to make bhabho understand importance of sandy's dream and how imp is his duty as a husband is. what you said abt letting bhabho know what they want, well they just did when suraj announced loud and clear that he will stand by sandy and help her fulfill her dream no matter what. i dont think there is any better and a mature way in which this situation can be handled. asking and demanding rights is easy but maintaining peace and unity along wid it is a hard task. so far bhabho is concerned, talking or fighting with her in not an option. when has that ever worked? how many times bhabhasa have tried to make her understand in so many situations? has it ever worked? it is either extreme love or extreme fear for bhabho.

well, except for suraj (he is like a dream guy), every character is more on reality side. they all have their own flaws.
