I don't know why Sandy loves Bhabo so much. It has never been logically explained or justified. It's just a fact of the show and so Suraj's love of Bhabo is far easier to understand.

^^Amma, may be because that she lost her mother. Sandy is kind of a person who depends upon her fate when she is emotionally drained. They say, a lie becomes a truth when it is repeated a hundread times. Also there had been instances when Bhabho showered her all love over Sandy, long back, before the IPS dream track started.

May be that Bhabho trusts Sandy & she doesn't want to break that trust. (Don't ask me why she never does the same with her husband. That is still a mystery).

It can also be that she is just following the typical indian tradition of believing, loving and respecting elders in every sense.

She loved her own mother a lot and for a person like Sandy, it would be difficult to hurt another mother in name of whatever it is.

After all Bhabho is very weak by heart, though she never shows it outside. Sandy knows it well.

Its not only DABH.. All hindi serials I watched... They always shows the leads unnecessary mahan n smiling n enduring while tortured... Well most of the time its saas who is torturing the bahu... I believe the whole industry is giving the audience a wrong msg... I am not against showing bad things happening to the women cause in real life they do happen... But I have problems when they show instead of taking a strong step they choose to remain silent... Thats frustrating to watch...!!!
