Well, young ladies, all I can say after reading all your posts on this thread is that you are a wickedly mischievous bunch, whose mischief feeds on each other. 😆

I was thoroughly entertained, and I am so glad I changed my mind and stuck to this forum. I would not have missed you gals for anything!

My fingers are stiff and painful today because of a flare up of my rheumatoid arthritis, so I shall keep this short (by my standards😉).

Perfect Start, I shall call you not A, but Anamika. It would be a perfect fit for you.😉

My dear Mihrimah, your comments on my post of last night are all spot on, when is hardly surprising! I agree with all that you have said, which is also hardly surprising!

Especially the parts about the uni-expression Happy. Poor RV, uski to naseeb hi khoti hai, ki is ladki par lattoo ho.gaya hai. I also share your gleeful anticipation about the forthcoming campaign by Saniya to corrall Shaan/Rocky.😆

And it was a relief to find someone who understands and shares my logical take on RV personally filching the hairbrush. And what those carping against the choice of the hairbrush don't understand that it is the personal item.of choice for getting a good DNA sample.

Anamika, I am sure that poor Rohit, after what happened to his splendid Alexander towards the end of Porus, must have been pretty sure that the same thing would happen to his RV. But he would not have expected it to happen so soon. He won't quit and get a black mark on his CV like Rajiv Khandelwal, but will clench his teeth and soldier on.

Ananya, I missed you last night, and I am glad you have resurfaced with a vengeance. Your are actually the wickedest of the lot,😉 but in a misleadingly demure fashion that is extra funny. Your posts here aside, what I really loved was your earliest crack that the DNA report would be fudged because the doctor would turn out to be an old pal of Rocky's!😆

This is it, kids, at least for today. I hope there is enough material tonight - beginning with RV's face when he finds out what Happy has done re: the DNA test 😆 - for you to enjoy yourselves.

One last point. Despite all the eloquence you have deployed on her behalf, Saniya gives me the creeps, with her hard as nails features and her OTT acting. What I want is for Anaya to get back pronto.

Shyamala Aunty

Thank you aunty. Yesterday I was busy with my project. But it's good to be back.

I love Anamika's (love the name) humor and sarcasm. Mihrimah's observations are always on point. And I love your analysis about every character and situation. You're unbiased, and always accurate. I'm glad you stayed in this forum.

Actually, it is I who am feeling overwhelmed, kids, for it is most flattering that you are so glad to.see me staying on. 🤗

Now last night, there were two things I liked.

One, the very simple, convincing explanation for the DNA fiasco. I had joked, in one of my posts the day before, that Rocky would have substituted a security guard's brush for his own. He went one better, and substituted one of his pal's.

He would make a good chess player, with the ability to think two moves ahead of RV, and anticipate the DNA move.👏

The second was RV's straightfaced composure while Rocky was strutting around after Happy had left with her mother. Not a muscle moves in his face, which is as still and inscrutable as a deep lake.

And his sudden.retort "Wo zyadati nahin hoti, Mr.Randhawa, insaaf hota." (I wondered at his saying that at that point of time) was laser-like, and yet delivered with the same unmoved face. It was a pleasure to watch Rohit do that scene

The contrast with Rocky's excessive facial contortions could not be more marked. In fact, Rocky looks like a dressed up tapori, while RV looks every inch a patrician.

That he is a very handsome young man, what with that French beard, helps, of course! 😉As Alexander the Great, Rohit's remarkable resemblance to the original was a major plus point.

The confrontation scene between Rocky and his Mumsy was hackneyed melodrama, which I am sure appealed a lot to the bulk of the viewers!😉

On to the udghatan of Saniya's Collar Shaan/ Rocky campaign tonight!😆

Yes that was good. Remember Auntie we joked about the Israeli guards being dumb? It seems they heard us and gave us a fitting reply.😆 The guards actually led RV to Rocky's room so that he could find that Babbi's hairbrush. It was a good move.

Yes, but he did it twice. First jail and now DNA. CVs could have done it in an interesting way instead making Rocky anticipating the move just in the nick of time. It was an easy way out I felt.

Ageed. Lekin when he said "insaaf hota", the first thing came on my mind is, RV himself did the biggest na-insafi by putting innocent Rocky in jail. Toh insaaf ki baatein usse toh suit hi nahi karta.

The contrast with Rocky's excessive facial contortions could not be more marked. In fact, Rocky looks like a dressed up tapori, while RV looks every inch a patrician.
Sacchi.😆

Aunty! I had tears in that scene. I couldn't help! May be I am close to my mother that's why.
Rocky did falter and interesting thing is RV noticed it. Both RV and Happy are still after Shaan, nothing is convincing them so there will be more investigation.

On to the udghatan of Saniya's Collar Shaan/ Rocky campaign tonight!😆
What's wrong with Sanya? Yeh tomboy se puri horny ladki bangayi hai.😕 She can't stop touching Shaan. Main bolrahi hoon yeh molestation hai.🥱😆

Shyamala.Aunty

I don't understand why are they wasting so much time to expose Shaan? Shaan keeps running after Happy and most of the time he gets close to her and can't resist to touch her. Despite multiple humiliations he is stuck with Happy. This girl is too fool to not see this that she doesn't need any proof to expose Rocky. All she needs to do is cup Shaan's face and ask with tears in her eyes "tu mera Rocky hai na?", I bet he will melt right then and there and come to his knees to reveal himself. Banda tumhare peeche lattu hai usska fayda uthao! Par ittu sa dimag mein yeh idea kaise ayega?😡

Yesterday I couldn't hep but snigger at RV's "Zyaati nahin, insaaf hoga" dialogue as well as his desperation to prove shan as rocky to throw him back in jail. His expressions and words say "I'm a good guy, you can trust me", yet his actions say "I'm a kameena... a kameena so good you won't be able help but trust me". Like all of his words are so pretentious given how he acts like he's all for principles and justice by word, but by actions he acts like a corrupt politician... yet I still madly love this pretentious man so much 😆

Dear Sammy,

You don't love the character, it is the actor who impresses you. If anyone other than Rohit had played RV, you would not have tolerated him for a week!

The truth is that RV, having committed a crime out of sheer emotional weakness, now has his back to the wall. It is now an existential issue for him, one of sheer survival.

There is no way ahead but to.brazen things out. His deep.sense of guilt at what he had done to Rocky has now been swallowed up by the fundamental survival instinct. That is all. I can't approve of it, but I can understand it.

Still, that line about insaaf was incongruous, especially since, at this moment, RV needs Shaan's investment and cannot afford to antagonise him. It was a wrong choice of lines.

I concur. You put it very well. Like Aunty said, it's the charm of the actor. He is so convincing and so "feel good" type that it becomes really hard to hate him. There's something in his tone that soothes hearts. But yeah he is a kameena indeed.

Agreed it is the actor making me love RV and not hate him, because any other actor playing him may be a terrible actor, whereas rohit, who I have only watched briefly in arjun and never really saw him in anything else to judge his acting really owns the RV role.

My dear, you.MUST see Rohit's magnificent Alexander in Porus. It was , despite all the efforts of the CVs to boost Porus and cut down on Alexander's screen time, the role of a lifetime, which Rohit carried off splendidly.
RV is not a patch on.that role, but Rohit manages to elevate it. See the snippets with the jail guard,.and with Rocky's lawyer. Both were perfect.

RV does not raise his voice or rant, nor does he try to bribe or even browbeat the guard. He is as smooth as silk, condescending and persuasive at.the same time. With that Pappu, there is a hard edge to his voice and his words, but both are still controlled.

In the precap, his eyes mirror his mounting desperation. He is really a wonderful actor.

The contrast with the awkward Shaan.is very obvious.
