Today's episode was very good but i would like to mention the first scene of the episode.
Brahma and Vishnu tell Shiv that Bhriga is doing tapasya since a long time and it's time to make his tapasya successful.I loved Shiv's dialogue after this.He said everybody is doing tapasya and our bhakti but for their own selfish needs and not to get us.What a meaningful dialogue was that?it applies to us.Whenever we pray to God,it's for the fulfillment of our small/big wishes. But we never pray to God to get him.And then we complain that it's difficult to get God.If we do bhakti without any selfish or materialistic needs,if we do bhakti only to attain salvation then we will definitely achieve our goal. This is the biggest lesson we learnt from that very small scene. And in the end of the scene,Shiv said with heavy heart,"i am going to give Bhriga a boon."Even God is also helpless and misses us and wishes that we go to him asap.

@red: Very very true. We all pray to God for the fulfillment of our wishes but it is very rare to find anyone who selflessly prays to God to attain Him. I rarely ask God for anything particular but I do ask that "whatever He does for us or gives us be for our own good". Because what I ask may not be good for me. Only God knows what is best for me. I used to say a lot of Vishnu stotras before I got married ( also my mom is a Vishnu bhakt- she says the Vishnu sahsranama daily ) but after marriage I started worshipping Lord Shiva also as my mother in law is a Shiv bhakt and follower. I dont know who is greater but I feel peace in chanting names of both. I have heard that Lord Shiva is easy to please ( I dont follow rituals and pooja vidhana etc to the T ) so I like to pray to Shiva just by offering some water and sugar. It is important to pray selflessly to obtain HIm. This is a great lesson for the viewers.
