i mean to say that in the show mahadeva seems to know everything and yes he does but puranas say that he didn't knew that bappa was his son as bappy himself didn't know that.mahadeva is shown very kind and forgiving so him killing a child just don't seem right so maybe parvati's curse is to influence this thing.but technically parvati should curse agni not mahadeva.in puranas she cursed agni.

Lucy ,, this is DKDM puran.. anything can happen.. anything to show shakti as the angry uncontrollable one.. It was already shown in the previous track.. when she goes all angry on mahadev and he calmly walks off!!!
So much for stree shakthi we have this silliness dished out to us..

@lucy..lets see how they put forward that sequence...the ill talk about it...DKDM has always done the unexpected...so lets see

but i have seen some versions where Parvati breaks down crying on seeing Ganesha dead,infact my Mom tells me that Parvati cried on seeing her son dead,and then she threatens to let Mahakaali and Durga on the loose and destroy everything...

then Mahadev decides to give Bappa life again...so i guess most likely..the cvs will follow this version!

I think Lucy u have made a good point here. Will have to just wait. There where a lot of discussion about when was Parvati cursed to be the Matsaykanya some versions stated that it was after Skanda's birth but I liked what they showed in DKDM as it looked more relevant that journey preparing her for the tantra gyan.
So surely this will add relevance for a future occurrence. Evn what is written in purans cannot be a complete guaranteed actual version. Just my POV.

actually whatever is written in puranas,it is to make society better and uplift their morality.all these things really did not happen,i mean really an elephant's head on a baby,thats the most unusual thing and almost impossible in this earth.the description of shiva strongly suggests he is higgs boson.

There are a variety of stories, like Mahadev just looking @ Ganesh & his head falling off 😕 and Mahadev replacing it. I hope they don't show anything that mundane,

I hope they show it like what they had in the ACK Ganesh - Vinayak first beating back Nandi, Bhrigni & all the Ganas, then beating up Brahma 🤣 and then driving back the devas, and then fighting the hordes of devas & ganas.

I in particular want them to show a Vinayak vs Kartikeya battle - don't want them to miss that. It will be sibling rivalry, Mahadev's family style 😈 It would be fun to see both Mahadev & Parvati remotely viewing this fight and cheering on their particular sides 😆 - done right, it can really be immortalized.

After that, I want them to show Vinayak battling Narayan and trouncing him, and in the midst of all that, Mahadev beheading him from behind. Yeah, for that episode, Mahadev will be seen in a very poor light. I also want them to show Mahadev tense while the devas & ganas rejoice, and remembering that Parvati creating him made him his son as well.

But after that, they can show Parvati crying, but I want her to actually invoke Ma Durga & Mahakali, and show them wrecking havoc on the devas & ganas. I'd particularly like to see Mahakali mauling Indra, and Ma Durga mauling our dear Nandi 😈 (Sorry, nothing otherwise against Nandi, but I'd like to see him get punished by Durga for first disobeying Parvati, and later being instrumental in killing Vinayak) Oh, and if possible, have either of them assault Vishnu as well for being the direct cause of Vinayak's death.

Oh, and one final thing - I want them to use the name Vinayak to describe the human headed Ganesh, and Ganesh/Ganapati to describe the elephant headed Ganesh.

P.S. Is there any mention of asura involvement in these battles, on either side @ any point?

@Vrish-i know that version,and i hope they show that...Ganapati beats up everyone...and bechara Nandi gets maximum pitai🤣and he pulls Bramhas beard!

infact he alone creates havoc,

and after Parvati knows of his death she lets her shaktis on the loose(its shown amazingly in the ACK,they are literally eating everyone up-beautifully illustated)...

i also hope they show Ganapati and Kartikeya fight!...

Nikhil Ji has said we will be getting Bappa soon!-yeah!!!

this has to be shown well-i mean seriouis its an order-if they get this sequence well ill forgive them for the Kaali debacle...

also it will be Mahadev V/s Parvati

that will be really intresting!

Shruti, I forgot to mention - I want a child actor to get this role - at least of Vinayak. Make him real cute to make us cry like Nandi 😭 and once the head is substituted, put in any other teenage pot bellied actor as well in his place.

On a different note, I was hoping that Bappa would surface in the serial this time next year, to coincide w/ Ganesh Chaturthi 2013. Oh, well 😆

Oh, and drag that thing for at least a week.
