@Vrish-actually in most shows till now Ganesh has been shown to be BIG-usually an older actor is taken when Bappa ideally should be someone who is young,infact he is supposed to be small and cute,rolly polly!!!

Vinayak as you said should be small and cute-i hope who ever the take has green eyes like Sona or atleast looks like he could be her son!

but that is left to be seen-they will have to find an actor whose three forth face will be covered in a mask for almost the entire duartion of Ganapati!

These mythological stories and its different versions fascinate me. What really happened, no one knows I guess. But waiting for DKDM team to show us something close to authentic. By the way what is ACK. I've seen this mentioned many times but dont know what it is. Is it another show on TV? I just want to enjoy Kartikeya track for now and then we will enjoy Ganapati bappa. I too want a cute rolly polly boy to play Ganesha. My desire for now is to see Mohit holding a baby😊

Even I want to see the Shiv-parivar, like they show in the pic. Let Ganesh & Kartikeya remain as children only for some months. There is no hurry for them to grow up😆

ACK stands for Amar Chitra Katha - the kids comic series that covers mythology, history and other stories of various people. Usually, for a lot of us who followed mythology from childhood, it's an intro to mythos.

Dheeraj Kumar's Shree Ganesh had a child actor play Ganesh most of the time (after he was "born" that is, the adult actor played Maha Ganesh in other episodes). I would like DkDM to do the same.
