Hmmm,statistics- a very fashionable way of trying to push through once own POV

😉 😛

haa, but statistics is like that glass which can be seen half empty/ half full. one does need other reasoning to back up one's statistics. 😛lol. (contrary to the belief that we use statistics to back up other things, it's the other way around)😉😆

So now you are saying, statistics is not all, reasoning is needed to back up the statistics... 😆Don't statistics actually blind the reasoning, like in this case, according to you 😉

one just needs good reasoning to go along with the stats. or at least interpret the stats cleverly coz there almost always are different ways to interpret the same stats😉

Exactly my point- statistics are almost always interpreted according to once own convinience.. 😉So lets put the statistics aside...

A little side note here: Shall we make another post on Statistics and Reasoning... 😆 😆 😆

but in this case, u've not been able to refute the stats or offer a better interpretation for what we find so commonplace- that there are so many areas where women fall short in terms of competence/ ability (heavy construction/ military strike unit, wimbledon). and some where the men do (laying babies).😉 Or are we asking for gender equalities in all these respects too?😛

Everything else being equal- why not give the women and men equal opportunities???

Laying babies is not a task - its a physical aspect, men are not privilaged enough to do that.. 😛

Construction works- in India I have seen more female workers than the male workers, some of them can even multi task with the little little children in the tow while their male counterparts were dreaming away drunk 😡

Modern woman is capable of doing anything..Its best preferred when she is given the choice to decide what she wants or doesn't want to do... 😃
