Yeah i do, I used to do quite a lot at school, and out of school. Had injury, so not as much as i used to do this year.
2. Excercise is necessary?
Yeah it is, even walking is good for you, circulates Blood around your bosy and even after a short stroll, you feel energised.
3. Does excercise worns the body?
If over done than its a bad thing, can lead to more injuries, strains etc. But most ppl get tired running up a flight of stairs.😆
4. Does excercise keeps you heathy, in-turn worns out tissues that in long run reduces years in your life?
moderate amount of exercise, keep u fit and healthy and wil increase life,😛
Grr, i go to a school that became a specialist Sports College😆 and have to do PE with the theory side....its like another science lesson sometimes, so i get exercise through school lessons, whether its playing tennis, or running, but by law we have to get at least 2 hours a week, so once i leave there, i wil no longer get this amount, and as life gets hectic, i wil be lucky to keep doing this amount, so its a great advantage if you are oler and do exercose and its great for body esp if ur getting old.....😆

Excercise is nesscary in order to keep your body balanced and cyle regular. It keeps you fit and puts ur body in a shape.

In the starting yes. But it encourages you to have proper deit bec while excrising you loose fats and sweat. This makes you more hungry.😳

Its better to live a short healthy life then a long sick life.😊

As far as I'm concerned, I find exercises like pumping iron and such things pretty boring. I used to swim, jog and sprint, play badminton and yeah taekwondo. And no, I never felt like I'm wearing myself out.

For me the meaning of exercise is OUTDOOR activities. I can never be a gym rat. For me, standing in one place and pretending to run won;t cut it.
I love to be in contact with nature. I actually hate running in parks as well....taking rounds of the park can become very monotonous. My style is running on the road early morning or late evening when the traffick is thin. I also indulge myself in several sports from non-physical (Billiards, Carrom) to very physical ones (Tennis, Swimming, Biking, Cricket, Table Tennis, Badminton).
These are my sources of relaxation.

Good exercise is the one that satisfies body and mind hence I like go for long walks early morning (when it is not freezing) often with neighbour, friend or drag that ARIEN in my house..😉 .. Don't like machines or gyms with germs lurking around everywhere but do take yoga and pilates classes..
