I have a very unpopular opinion for Sherlock. It works only because of the basic dynamics between Sherlock and Watson but since last season they have made it alot more melodramatic and very soapish. 😆

Not unpopular.

I liked the episode except Mary getting shot and John's activities. I like Sherlock becoz of the thrill and they have decreased that part and have added melodramas. even in last episode of 3rd season, the end was very absurd.

First two seasons were good. May be becoz Moriarty was a better villain than all those after him.

^^The show makers don't know how to write women characters and then everything about Mary ended up being about watson and why he is so attached to Holmes..done to death and stupid.

The show should bow out gracefully.

Apparently this show will end after this season.

I didnt like ep1.. so disjointed and melodramatic! And mary's death was so soapish!! Say a bunch of words and thn one sec later poof!

These Golden Globe awards are like desi awards- give everyone a trophy. Don't know why Tom H won for Night Manager .

Also, Casey Affleck winning anything or getting applauded makes me so angry. This is why while I appreciate Streep and more so, Viola for her words , HW would always appear phony.

I liked Night Manager as a whole series. Though I love Tom H(Loki hangover) Hugh Lorie was far better than Tom in NM.

Public sentiments & approaching elections .

Incidentally, the Supreme Court has turned down the plea to revisit the ban on Jallikattu before Pongal. However Tamil Nadu govt has requested the Centre for ordinance. There seem to be strong sentiments both in favour as well as against the tradition of this sport.
