one thing I noticed with P is that even though he makes his cocntestants do emotional acts but he makes them stronger, by making them face their emotions like for Bir today. He turned his student into strong human being

I strongly agree to your opinion. If we see audition time wala Bir and current Bir, there is big difference. With time he has become mature I can say
