Swadheenta was getting ready for her dinner with Adarsh when her thoughts suddenly ran back to her conversation with Suhasini.Would her parents change their thought process ? or would her Amma always say yes to Appa and never say anything to him.It was dur to Appa that Amma could not support Haider Mamu.Sure Mamu felt disappointed at her father but he did not say anything.Amma had been since very long time like this.He always felt that his thoughts should be her mother's thought as well.Amma never projected her own thoughts.This is what she always hated about her Appa-she loved her father but this aspect she hated in him.One of the main reasons she fell in love with Adarsh was also because of the fact that he loved her and respected her life choices.He knew she would never back down from a fight especially as a lawyer.Sure they had their disagreements but he never thrusted his opinion on her.Adarsh was not like her father and she had made sure of that.Jeevan was never her choice she never had say in that,she was so consumed in her love for law that she never paid attention that she could not spend her life that way with the person for whom she did not even care.

Adarsh had been seeing Swadheenta for almost 3 minutes and he was completely lost in her.She was looking like a princess only his princess.Black suited her the most and she looked amazing in a saree.But he also noticed that she was lost somewhere and he was lost in her.But if they kept getting lost in themselves or in his case each other than time would be lost.😆😆.


Adarsh-I should be the one who gets lost Swadheenta !!!!

Swadheenta-Huh what ??

Adarsh-You are looking amazing.And if you continue looking this amazing than maybe we will miss our dinner because I will not be able to concentrate.😳.

Adarsh and Swadheenta had reached the restaurant where they were going to have dinner.

Swadheenta-I have the most romantic husband I think.(while dancing)

Adarsh-I have probably a very unromantic wife ...


Swadheenta-Thats not fair you knew I was unromantic before you even married me and now you call me unromantic...AUr waise bhi paagalpan life mei ek baar hota hai baar baar nahi...


Adarsh-Really Mrs Sinha paagalpan ek baar...You alone went into that terrorist den and that too when you were injured.I could have lost you.Please never do anything like that again.I will catch whichever bad guy you want but never ever do this again.You cannot imagine the moment I was in when you were in the hospital.I felt as if my life had ended.I will catch as many bad guys,bad people as you want.


Swadheenta-Oh my god ADarsh you are getting emotional.I did not mean that way.I went in there because I wanted to see the face of the man who betrayed my brother,who killed Abhay.I did not know I will end up in the hospital this long.Please I am sorry,Aisa pagaalpan kabhi nahi karoogi.


Adarsh-You know that is the worst I have ever felt Swadheenta and I probably never want to feel it again.I just love you too much to even think about it.(Hugs her tightly)


Swadheenta-I will not make a hasty move again Adarsh.But you also have to learn to share it with me.You knew all along that Asad and Mamu were innocent yet you hid it from me.


ADarsh-I just wanted to protect you.


Swadheenta-No donot protect me.Whatever it is we will deal it together.When you told me all this I felt as if I was not trustworthy Adarsh.

After the dinner Adarsh and Swadheenta reached home but ADarsh wanted to complete the conversation they had started in the restaurant and made Swadheenta sat with him in the garden.

Adarsh-Hey I trust you the most.It was my trust on your instincts which made me investigate the whole matter.I just did not want you to get into the harm's way.And I am sorry Swadheenta.


Swadheenta-For what ?


Adarsh-It was due to my family that justice for champ got delayed,it took you so much time and complication to clear Asad and Mamu's name.It was because of Dad and Jai bhaiyya.I am sorry that you have married into such family.


Swadheenta-Dont say that about my family mister okay 😊.They are not bad Adarsh.That is the way they are built.Mom said that Dad when started out he was like you but maybe he wasnt strong enough for this system and it molded him into something that maybe probably you or me or mom would not preach. And Jai bhaiyya just followed wrong footsteps Adarsh.He is broken he needs you.He has paid enough for his mistakes dont you think ?

Adarsh-(Smiles)I am very lucky to have you with me,by my side.You even respect them after what they did.How did Appa react ?

Swadheenta- (Sadly)You think too much of Appa and his reactions Adarsh.

Adarsh-Are you alright ? Did you fight with him again ?

Swadheenta-I just asked him if he was proud of me and he did not even have the answer to it ADarsh.I dont know what I should feel anymore or expect for him anymore.

Adarsh-Swadheenta you know how he is ?I dont believe he is not proud of you.I know I am,Mom is everybody is and I am evern sure he will say it out loud.

Swadheenta-Over the years I have learnt to be ok with him not being ok of my decisions Adarsh.Over every major decision of mine we fought.When I decided against learning dance we fought,When I decided to come to Delhi to build my career we fought,When i fell in love with you we fought.He likes that everybody follows his decisions which I never follow.

Adarsh-So you were a rebel as a child ? You as a rebel cannot imagine...😆

Swadheenta-It's not funny Adarsh...

Simmi-Swadheenta,Adarsh bhiyya aap dono kab aaye ?

Swadheenta-WHat are you doing outside Simmi ? And why are you still awake ?

Simmi-Swadheenta,Adarsh bhiyya Jai bhaiyya ka accident ho gaya hai.

Adarsh-Par Mom ya dad ne hame call kyu nahi kiya ?

Simmi-It is nothing major.I think hearing Mom's voice I felt as if Jai bhai was drunk and hit the pole.Thank god the bags opened.Swadheenta,Adarsh bhaiyya mom bahut gusse mei thi.Please do something.You both know mom gusse me hoti tab kya hota hai.

Swadheenta-Simmi woh sab hum handle kar lege.You come inside with me.You need to rest.

Adarsh-Hai Simmi donot worry ok,We will handle evrything.Tension mat lena.

Swadheenta takes Simmi with her to her room.She gives her medicine and milk and was just preparing to leave when Simmi held her hand.

Simmi-Swadheenta please can you sit with me for sometime.I am not feeling very sleepy.By the way you are looking beyond stunning today.

Swadheenta-Sure I will sit and Thank You.

Simmi-Swadheenta I know you were having bit difficult in choosing your clothes today.Please donot walk on egg shells around me.Agar is category mei problem hai toh tum kabhi bhi mere paas aa sakti ho.I will not feel bad okay.Aur wase bhi aab tum aur mei hi hai ghar mei.

Swadheenta-Ok I promise aage se koi bhi advice chaiye hogi I will come straight to you.

By the time she had arrived outside Mom,Dad and Jaidev Bhaiyya had already arrived and she guessed Adarsh and Dad had gone to Jaidev Bhai's room.Simmi was right Mom looked very angry with Bhaiyya.

Suhasini-Is Simmi alright ? So gayi na woh ?

Swadheenta-Yes Mom I gave her the medicines and milk and she just slept.Mom is bhaiyya ok ?

Suhasini-He is fine.Thank God for the bags.Warna aaj definately koi bada accident hota.I really donot understand what was the need for drinking and driving.He could have stayed where he was if he had drunk more than capacity.

Swadheenta-Mom please relax.I understand your point but right now we should be satisfied with fact that he is fine aur kuch bada nahi hua.

Adarsh-Mom relax warna aapka blood preasure badh jayega.

Suhasini-No No I will not calm down anymore.Both of you Adarsh and Swadheenta listen to me.Kal mei Jaidev se baat karne waali hu and you both will not help or save him.He needs to face the reality.Both of you will not coddle him anymore.

Manohar-Suhasini pleas shaant ho jao.He has just got divorced today.He is highly emotional.

Suhasini-Dont you dare save him anymore Manohar.Tum use bachao,woh tumhe bachai.Adarsh and Swadheenta use bacchye.Everybody is trying to save him yet he is not taking any responsibility for his actions,Jaya is gone and she is not coming back.The sooner he accepts it the better.Swadheenta tum kal office chali jaana akeli I will work from home.Maine Dubeyji ko keh diya hai ki woh tumhe appointments ki list de de.It's high time now.He needs to rise.

Suhasini had already left and Adarsh knew she was going to be really angry unless she calms down right now.But he had to talk to Dad as well right now.Swadheenta signed him to go and talk to Dad whereas she would talk to Mon.Adarsh was confident that Swadheenta can handle Mom really well.

Swadheenta was in the kitchen preparing green tea for her mother-in-law.She thought about her relation with Suhasini.Suhasini had started to dislike Swadheenta after she had found out about Adarsh and her feelings but now that she thinks about it now in the past 6 months she has grown most close to Suhasini and Adarsh.Adarsh was ofcourse her husband but with Suhasini she felt more than ever comfortable.She was a guide for her professional as well as personal life.She loved her Amma but it was nice to have 2 sets of mothers.With her Amma she had to talk more house whereas with Suhasini she could talk anything.There was no fixed topic.Swadheenta saw Suhasini in in the sitting area alone and quite worried.

Swadheenta-Mom aapke liye green tea.

Suhasini-Thank You so much Beta ! Please have a sit.Do you also think that I am wrong in the way I am dealing with Jaidev.Please don't go soft tell me the truth.You know it he broke the law.He could have injured somebody on the way it could have started a whole new matter.

Swadheenta-No Mom I donot think that you are wrong.Your thought is absolutely correct.He could have injured somebody but this reaction would be right in normal circumstances.This is not normal at least not for him.Jaya bhabhi left that too just today.Mom are you too hard on Jaidev bhaiyya because maybe you somewhere feel guilty for Jaya bhabhi ?

Suhasini-Yes I do feel guilty Swadheenta.The girl lived in loveless marriage for past 4 years and when she had the chance my dear lovely son spoiled it all.Jaya could have walked out of this house with her held high anytime she wanted but she stopped because she thought of me and Manohar.You know before your and Adarsh's wedding she had given the divorce papers to me at that time I had stopped her but I should have let her go and more importantly I should have known what was going on in my eldest son and Daughter-in-law's life.I have let both of them down.

You know Swadheenta I took pride in all of my son's upbringing.Gurror hai woh teeno mere.But Jaidev ...with Adarsh and Abhay I always knew that they would go on the right path.But I should have been more careful with Jaidev because I knew that he was blindly covering up Manohar and also because there is a limit to each and every thing.

Swadheenta-Mom Jaya bhabhi loved you like she would have loved her own mother.She had no complains to you.You are not at fault that you could not figure out the truth behind his bhabhi's marriage.Your anger is justified but right now what he needs is not anger but support so that he could stand back up otherwise he will fall down more and we will be able to do nothing about it.

You know you have been Adarsh's idol and somewhere You have also been my inspiration maybe you can became that for Jaidev Bhaiyya.It would help him better.

Suhasini-Yes maybe you are right Swadheenta.Maybe I should support to help him come out of this right now.Gussa toh baad mei bhi ho sakta hai.Puri zindagi is ghar ko joode rakhne mei itni mehnat ki maine even when Abhay married Simmi out of everybody's permission.And one mistake of Manohar and Jaidev and everything got destroyed.

Swadheenta-Mom donot stress yourself over it right now Simmi and Jaidev bhaiyya both of them need all of us.Simmi was asking for you.She was worried ki aap bahut gusse mei hai.

Suhasini-You know uptil now it was just Adarsh with whom I could share stuff but now I think I have two people with whom I can share.You know Swadheenta that you can share with me anything as well even if I am your mother-in-law ?

Adarsh was trying to reason with his father.Suhasini had still not had forgiven Manohar which was not surprise to Adarsh or even Swadheenta for that matter.Both of them knew how much Suhasini had been hurt.30 years of marriage,trust all gone down in drain.Manohar was as well angry at Jaidev for driving in the inebriated state but he had never seen Jaidev so emotionally broken and Manohar had always close with Jaidev both Adarsh and Abhay were close their mother.

Manohar-It has been 6 months Adarsh.Swadheenta is even talking to me now.I know even she might be angry but Suhasini is not even talking to me except for the necessary yes and no.


Adarsh-Dad you broke the major foundation of marriage that is trust.How can you expect Mom to forgive you so easily.You know how she is about lies.And she was so confident that you will never lie to her but you disappointed her.

Swadheenta-Mom is fine.She is feeling guilty because she could not figure out the facade of Jaya bhabhi and Bhaiyya's marriage earlier.But she has promised that she will go easy on Jaidev bhaiyya.

In the morning everybody is running from here to there for their respective work.ADarsh was going to drop Swadheenta to work.This had became their daily routine.GHim droping her so that they can get that time with each other as well.Suhasini would be staying home as now Simmi would need somebody more and more.Jaidev had to rest from the accident and Manohar was returning back again.Swadheenta and Suhasini were arraigning the breakfast table.

Suhasini-Swadheenta you donot need to come down daily this fast.You work at night.Mujhe help karne ke liye servants hai na.You are loading up on the cases.You might need rest as well as some time with Adarsh.


Swadheenta-Mom you look after Simmi as well.Aap par bhi workload badh jata hoga.It's ok Adarsh is already dropping me at the office.

Suhasini-Good morning.

Swadheenta meine client ke saari list Dubeyji ko dei di hai and he was saying about some client who had not taken appointment but wanted to meet as it was a urgent case of her daughter.He said mei jaanti hu unhe.But before I can ask who his phone died.Call me if you need anything.

Swadheenta-Dont worry Mom I will manage.And yes I will call you.

Simmi liked the atmosphere at the breakfast table today.Adarsh bhaiyya and Swadheenta and Mom were talking about some law related matters.Dad was talking to Jaidev bhaiyya about his health though Jaidev Bhiyya's attention was more on Jaya bhabhi's empty chair but everybody seemed happy and this all was because of two people Swadheenta and Adarsh bhaiyya.As soon everybody finished breakfast Adarsh and Swadheenta went for their respective work.Swadheenta was sitting in the office with list in her hand and other hand occupied on the phone.

Swadheenta-Dubeyji ye appointment begar ke clients kon hai (She asked while half her concentration was in the other case).You said to Mom it was urgent and she knew them.So tell me fast so I can talk to them first.

Dubeyji-Just a second Mam.Ha this is their file.The name of the client is Mrs Vanshika Bundela Maheshwari.

Swadheenta-Say the name again.WHat is her name ???

Dubeyji-Vanshika Bundela Maheshwari.Aap ko pata hoga na Bundela's.

Swadheenta-Dubeyji can you just please leave for 5 minutes.I will call you back in.

Swadheenta just collapsed right into the chair.Why why it was always her who had to face these people again and again.Seeing Vanshika would mean seeing Yash and he was just horrible and she could not just get over the picture of her brother and brother-in-law dying on the ground and Yash admitting those crimes in the court.The guy and that bloody case was still after her even after these 6 months.Whenever she saw Yash,the memory of Asad came instantly into her mind.The damm guy killed my brother and I still have to see him roaming around.But was there any fault of Vanshika in this.Swadheenta believed in justice for all that meant Justice was also right of Vanshika.The ringing for her phone brought her out of her thinking.She saw the caller id it was Mom

Suhasini-Swadheenta did you find out who is that client without appointment.?

Swadheenta-Mom it's Vanshika Bundela .The Bundela family.Dubeyji had no idea what had happened so he took the meeting.I don't think he hass any idea about the relations of our and Bundela family.

Suhasini-Do you want to meet them ? If you are not comfortable than I can come over to the office Ahuja sahab yaha aaye hai Simmi se milne ke liye I can take over.

Swadheenta-No Mom I will be fine.i can't dodge them around forever.I will call you after the meeting so I can tell you what happened.It's after lunch

Suhasini-No you know what come back home after lunch.Dubeyji sambhal lege.Come back with the files so you can work peacefully.And you have no preasure from me regarding this meeting.You have free hand.

Swadheenta could not even complete her lunch.Adarsh had called her but she did not tell him anything as he would get worried,upset and angry at the same time.She was preparing herself for the meeting with the Bundela's and especially Yash Bundela.The guy had killed her brother 😭😭 no no...what am I doing I have to think of him as a client.I cant let my personal feelings take over.I believe in equal treatment of all so I have to be strong in front of them.Dubeyji called her and told her that they were here to meet her.

Swadheenta-Dubeyji I hope you have told them that Mom is not here today.


Dubeyji-No Mam actually they insisted to see you.


This was new method of torturing her it seemed.Why would they want to meet her when they can have the best lawyer in the country was the first thought in Swadheenta's mind.Well she will know that answer in few minutes...And she was brought out of her zone by the knock on the door.

Swadheenta-Yes dubeyji told me.But he also told me the name of my client is Vanshika Bundela Maheshwari.What has happened ?


Yash-Swadheenta ,Vanshika had got married over 4 months ago approximately to a business man Abhimanyu Maheshwari...


Leela-This all started before the wedding actually Swadheenta.He asked for dowry from us saying that Yash had not done any favors for his sister.We did not tell this Vanshika because she was happy.But things got out of hand when they started demanding every now and than when we would not provide it he started hitting Vanshika.So much so that she suffered miscarriage 15 days ago due to another injury by her husband.Thats when Vanshika came back home saying that she could not stay there any longer.

Mr.Bundela-We filed for Divorce Swadheenta but we want the guy punished.Insaan nahi hai woh.He is a bloody animal.He harmed my daughter to that extent that even when somebody touches her she shouts.Her trauma is severe.

Swadheenta-Mrs Bundela when the guy asked for dowry before the wedding why did you let her get married to such a man.Abhimanyu Maheshwari stands for everything that is illegal.He has suffered some heavy losses in the past 3-4 years.Have you kept any proofs of the demand of dowry ?

Mr.Bundela-Yes everything is there.We kept it just in case.Will you take our case ?

Swadheenta-Why me ? I mean you could easily have Mom.She is the best lawyer of the country.

Yash-Swadheenta everybody here has seen you in the court.If you could prove me guilty of something when I left no proofs than you can certainly prove this animal guilty of all these crimes when there is proof.You are a exceptional lawyer.

Swadheenta-I would need to talk to Mom first Mrs Bundela but I will inform you first thing in the morning itself.And also can I see Vanshika if you donot mind ?

Leela-She is outside.

Swadheenta went outside to see Vanshika and her heart broke.She was in the worst conditions.Bruises on the face.She was weak probably from the miscarriage.Not even in her dreams she would wish something for another women no matter how much she hated her.Her heart was giving up but she had to go home and thinka bout it.Swadheenta's feet were giving up seeing Bundela family but she controlled herself.She tried to talk to Vanshika who just said"Save me".Swadheenta decided to go home after the meeting because she was mentally and physically exhausted after the long day.Mom had already sent the driver and all the way she thought about was Vanshika and her condition.Would Swadheenta be considered wrong if she did not take the case,would she be considered hypocritical.Swadheenta was confused,emotional,her mind was running over time.She freshened up first and went to see Mom and saw that Adarsh was already with her and with the expressions she knew he knew about it.

Suhasini-So why did they want to meet you ? Leela told me she wanted to talk about a case and wanted you to fight it as she Yash thought you were exceptional lawyer which I agreed to but what is the case and whose is it ?

Swadheenta-The case is of Vanshika Mom.Domestic violence plus dowry and mental torture.She is such a bad condition.She had a miscarriage 15 days ago due to a hit she survived but she wants divorce and wants her husband to e punished.

Adarsh-Are you serious ? Vanshika ? What is the guy's name ?

Swadheenta-Abhimanyu Maheshwari.

Suhasini-Exactly this is what matters Swadheenta.Tum agar yeh case lena chao to le lo I will not stop you since all rpoofs are aginst the guy and jail time is bound for him aur divorce bhi mil jayega but if you donot want this case than I will refer them to some other lawyer.Think about it ok.Calmly.

Adarsh and Swadheenta were standing in the verenda of their bedroom.Swadheenta was in deep thoughts about the case.As much as she hated Yash she never wished for all this for Vanshika.She was a innocent one in all this.Swadheenta wanted to think of it the other way.What if Yahs would not have been involved in all this than Vanshika would just be Adarsh's almost ex-fiance but she could not think in that direction.Her brain was all mad.

Swadheenta-Would I be called hypocrite if I donot take this case Adarsh ??

Adarsh-Hypocrite for what Swadheenta ? The guy is responsible for killing Champ.He inflicted so many wounds than we cannot even count.

Swadheenta-Adarsh I said that day in court that Justice is right of everyone.Does Vanshika not deserve Justice ? I would be hypocrite if i did not take the case.And plus Vanshika is the innocent one in all this.She is what can be called as collateral damage.

Karma. Although in this case, unfortunately the wrong person is paying for it. I would have liked it if Yash was sensitive enough to be come in from of Swadheenta after everything he has done. He may be worried for his sister, bit that doesn't excuse him from his other crimes. Also, how insensitive of the Buldhela's to bring Yash also for a meeting with Swadheenta. They are worried only for their daughter and I cannot support their selfishness.
