Stars indicated everything in the sky.They made sky look beautiful.But Swadheenta was looking for something else all together.She was looking for her brothers.Their shine assured her every time that they were looking all over us.Feeling happy that every thing was going the way it should have been.Maybe not sure as Jaya bhabhi was still divorcing Jai bhaiyya,Mom was still not talking to Dad ,Adarsh still had strained but talkative relationship with Dad.Simmi was into her 6 month now.Adarsh stayed in the house because he wanted his chotu's child to have a normal shot at a family.A happy family.When she was lost in her thoughts she suddenly noticed a arm on her waist.

Swadheenta-When did you come Adarsh ?


Adarsh-When you were lost in thoughts.Seriously I should be jealous that you give these stars more time than you give me. Not a person but stars make me jealous. 😆😆.

Swadheenta- Somebody is in a complaining mood.😊 Seems like you are jealous because I give stars more attention.How can I make up to your foul mood Mr Sinha ?

Adarsh (Pulls her towards him)-There are lot of things.But lets settle for one right now. (In a flirty tone).

Swadheenta-What is it ?

Adarsh-WHat do you want tomorrow ?

Swadheenta-Well is tomorrow something special ? Am i missing something ?

Adarsh-Are you pretending with me ? or did you seriously ...You have seriously forgotten it.Mrs Sinha tomorrow is your birthday.

Swadheenta-I donot want anything Adarsh.I already have what I wanted and what I want further is beyond anybody's reach.As a matter of fact I donot even want anybody to remember tomorrow's day.

Adarsh-You missing Asad.You know he would be the most unhappiest person seeing you like this.Your both brothers will throttle me some day 😆😆.Jokes apart you cant wish that nobody remembers your birthday.That never happens.

Swadheenta-I love you Adarsh but nothing you say will make my day better.This has turned out to be a horrible year for me.

Adarsh-Our wedding was horrible event Swadheenta ?You found me or technically lets say I found you,pursued you and than finally you fell in love with me.We got married.How is that horrible ?

Swadheenta-Will you ever forget in your entire life what happened on our wedding day.We both lost our brothers.

Adarsh-That is a discussion for later.Swadheenta tumhe pata hai Simmi is so excited for your birthday ? She has supervised everything herself.Not even one mistake has been tolerated

Swadheenta-What ?? 😊.

Adarsh-(making her sit down and holding her hands) You might want that everybody should forget your birthday but thats not what happened on the contrary the opposite happened.Jaya bhabhi wants to make sure the entire family celebrated together since this is going to be the last time she is going to be with everybody before those papers are signed.Everybody loves you Swadheenta and wants to see you happy.You really think that I have not noticed you since past 6 months.You are trying to be happy but you are really not happy.You try to smile for me but this is not the smile with which I fell in love.You keep yourself busy so you donot think about it.I want that girl back who rejected my coffee so many times,you smile made my day Swadheenta.I need my wife back.I am there with you but you need to tell me what are you thinking or feeling ?

Swadheenta-Will we ever be the same again ?

Adarsh-We can certainly try . So Now can I have a smile on your face ?

Swadheenta-Yes you will have it back (Hugging him)Thank You.

ADarsh-Sirf thank you se kaam nahi chale ga.😳.

Swadheenta-Tum na besharam hote ja rahe ho.

Adarsh-Arre yaar apni biwi ke saath flirt nahi karu ga toh kiske saath karu ?

Jaya-Jaidev ye lijye papers just sign it taki Mumma kal inhe submit kar de court mei.

Jaidev-Can I get another chance ?

Jaya-No jaidev you cannot.If I give you a chance it will be injustice to everybody,it will be injustice to me.Mujhe kal koi tamasha nahi chaiye.Kal Swadheenta ka birthday hai.I want her to have a best day.Waise bhi ADarsh ne bahut mushkil se manaya hai use kal celebrate karne ke liye.Donot spoil her birthday like you spoiled everything else for her.

Jaidev-She is my sister as well Jaya.Why would I spoil her birthday.I know you have not fogiven me but I am trying and trying hard.

Jaya-Is your forgiveness going to wipe the scars that Swadheenta faced.is it going to bring Mamu and Mami's son.Will it bring back Abhay ?You know Adarsh is so upset with Dad.He stayed here because of Simmi and Abhay's child and also because it was Swadheenta who had convinced him.You should be thankful to that girl for your entire life otherwise you would have lost your other brother as well along with any rights on your chotu's child.You know Simmi right ?If Adarsh would have left the house she would have left as well.

Morning,Sinha House.

Swadheenta was getting ready for the day.No office today well that was always the plus point of her birthday.15th August Independence Day would be National Holiday.She had holidays in schools,colleges,ad now even office.She thought about Adarsh's words last night.He was right.It was time that she started becoming happy for herself rather than just for show.Atleast she should try for ADarsh's sake.He has been trying so much.She has to try for him.She laughed in her mind at a certain thought.

Adarsh-Penny for your thoughts ?

Swadheenta-If around 1 year back had anybody told me I would fall in love with somebody than I would have laughed that person off or called them "cheesy".

Adarsh-Really ? You were that boring ?

Swadheenta (Hits him with the newspaper) Boring Mr Sinha ? Well you should have noticed that I was boring when you first met me.

Adarsh-I told you I had deep relations with lawyers.Didnt know would marry one though.

Swadheenta-Lawyer or Boring Lawyer ??? Paithyam.I wont talk to you.

Adarsh-Aree yaar tum toh gussa ho gayi.Waise I have to tell Gusse mei toh na aur bhi zyada khoobsurat dikhti ho.

Swadheenta-Are you trying to butter me up ?

Adarsh-No I am just trying to make sure I donot upset my wife on her special day-which I think I already did.But aaj tumhe mujhe jitni baar paithyam kehna ho utni baar keh sakti ho.

Swadheenta-Wow my birthday gift this interesting...

Adarsh-(Pulling her close)Na it's not your birthday gift.It's just that you called me "Paithyam" after almost 6 months.So Happy Birthday Mrs Sinha (kisses on her cheek).

Swadheenta-Thank You.And thank you for reminding me that it was my birthday today.

Adarsh-Ok.You and me will be going out for dinner tonight.But first we need to go downstairs otherwise sab upar na aajye.

Everybody had been waiting for Swadheenta to come downstairs.Jaya wanted to wish her first and than leave.She had talked to Mumma and Simmi.Although Simmi was a little sad but she had got Swadheenta's company now and Jaya had seen Simmi way more comfortable with Swadheenta than with her.Maybe beacause at some point both of them shared same thoughts.Adarsh had assured Jaya that they would take care of Jaidev Bhaiyya to which she had replied that he could take care of himself.Suhasini had been dissappointed because she had to prepare these papers herself but she knew Jaidev deserved it.But she also knew that Adarsh had something up on his sleeve on his hands to stop the divorce as well.

Bonny, very nice. I just read the most recent update and I had anticipated that this is the way you will choose to take the story. I am someone who likes happy endings and happy families and from that perspective I enjoyed reading this bit.

However, as nice and rosy as we think life is, the truth is that bad things do happen, and someone is always responsible for it. Like Swadheenta told Jai in your recent update, Jai also had a role model that he could choose. He chose to follow the wrong one. That was his choice. I am of the belief that no matter who teaches you right and wrong, there are some things that you inherently know are wrong, and if you chose to still follow it, it is you who is responsible for it and no one else.

Abhay died. Jaidev knew who killed Abhay. He still chose to not do anything about it to save the system. Now he wants to blame his father for it? I don't agree with that unfortunately. If Abhay wasn't involved and there was no direct impact to their family other than the strain on Adarsh-Swadheenta's relationship, you could still try and understand his actions because Jaidev was not shown to be an emotional person like Adarsh or Abhay. You could pass it off. But here Abhay died. He lost his brother. And even that didn't get him to walk the "right" path. In my eyes he is as bad as Manohar.

Regarding appa and amma, I still think it was a hard choice for them too. Yes, they should have stood by her. But they did not think that the stance she was taking was the right one. Appa wanted her to concentrate on hr married life and not get involved in all this. As crude as that advice was, imagine if Haider maamu was actually involved in any of it. His daughter's life would be finished. And appa did not know the Jilani's as well as anyone else. They had been neighbors many years ago. From that perspective, you could still see their vulnerability and wanting the best for their daughter. Although it ended in a weird fashion and we don't know where appa and amma went in the end, there were many instances where it was shown that despite their belief, they did stand by Zubaida. So, I would like to give them the benefit of doubt I think.

Oh man, I have written a comment that is as big as your update 😆. I will end it now... 😳

Yep we love happy endings but happy endings always are not possible.It is always sais that"Our choices define us".WHat we choose impacts us for the rest of our life.Here Jaidev blindly chose to follow his father without thinking of the repercussions.Yes he is bad as Manohar but I am still confuse over the type of ending to this SS.

Swadheenta was pleasantly surprised seeing everybody there.Mamu-Mami even her Appa and Amma were here.She felt over whelming seeing everybody present and made mental note to thank Simmi whenever she found her alone during the day.Jaya had wished her first as she had to leave though Swadheenta was upset about that but Jaya made Adarsh promise to take care of her sister and she also told Swadheenta to visit her whenever she wanted to.And Swadheenta too took promise from Jaya to stay in touch with her.Jaya asked Swadheenta and Adarsh to call her when Simmi delivers the child as she wanted to see Minni Abhay one time before she left for U.S.Her Appa and Amma seemed confused but Mamu saved the day again for her.Swadheenta just thanked Mamu by sign and he replied to her in same.Suhasini was apologetic as she had endured everything silently without saying anything but Suhasini also knew that Jaya deserved a better life partner and wished her the best for her life but also promised Jaya that she would remain in contact.Simmi had wished the best for Jaya for her future and promised to call her as soon as she would be admitted to the hospital.Manohar tried to apologize but Jaya told to improve his relations with Adarsh otherwise he would be only left with one son.Amma had requested Suhasini to spent one day with Swadheenta as they too would be leaving for Chennai next day to which Suhasini had happily agreed.Swadheenta knew Amma was confused with had happened at her house.As soon as she went to her room to get the phone Adarsh stopped her.

ADarsh-Yaad hai na aaj dinner pe jana hai.Amma ke chakkar mei mujhe mat bhul jaana.😆😆


Swadheenta-Mr Sinha I will be back within 2 hours.So no need to worry I remember our dinner.Now bye.

Amma -Appa along with Mamu and Mami arrived at their place before Swadheenta could even sit her parents bombarded her with questions.

Appa-Swadheenta what happened with Jaya and Jaidev.What did she mean when she said she wanted to meet Abhay's child before going ? Is everything ok ?

Amma-Ha Swadheenta Suhasiniji also looked emotional and aur waisi nahi hai jo emotional ho jaye.

Swadheenta-Ok aap dono please relax kijiye.Jaya bhabhi and bhaiyya are getting divorced.She is leaving.

Appa-What do you mean getting divorced ?

Swadheenta-Appa getting divorced means divorced.They are separating.

Appa-Swadheenta marriages donot break this easily.

Swadheenta-Appa ye mere family ka personal matter hai.More importantly ye Bhaiyya and bhabhi ka matter hai you cannot interfere in that.And why are you asking these questions agar Jaya bhabhi ki kagah mei bhi hoti to mei yahi karti.Mamu have you not told them ?

Mamu-Swadheenta let it go.

Swadheenta-No I cannot let it go.Warna agar sach mei kisi din Appa ya Amma ne Mom se pooch liya tab kya hoga ? Do you know how hurt she will be ?

(Haider leaved the room sensing Swadheenta needed time with her parents)

Appa Jaidev bhaiyya nei Asad ki death ko cover up kiya tha.He knew that Asad was not a terrorist still he hid it from the court.Jaya bhabhi came to know about this and she was furious and decided to leave him.

Appa-Are you happy over there ? Mujhe pata hai Adarsh is a very good boy.Haider told me how he helped you exposed the truth but I also know that you loved your brother very much.

Swadheenta-Appa I am very happy.Yes I have not forgiven Jai bhaiyya or Dad yet but it is slow process it will happen soon.Mom is very apologetic for Dad did but it's not like her mistake.She never knew about anything.Look Appa If I am in any trouble or not happy I will inform Mamu.All you need to know is that I cant tell you everything.There are some things which should remain there and some things which should remain here.

Appa-You will inform Haider ? Swadheenta you have not talked to us properly since past 6 months.Last time we came you refused to meet us saying that you were busy with the case.I thought you would be happy to see us.

Swadheenta-Are you proud of me Appa ? For what I did for Mamu and Mami.Putting my relationships at stake for truth.Be honest you know I cant tolerate lie.

Appa was speechless Swadheenta understood that their opinion differed a lot and it was waste of time to even talk about it.She spent hardly half and hour and decided to go home.Though Amma wanted to tell her how proud she was she just couldnt.Swadheenta was disappointed.Everyone was telling Mom that they were proud of me ,Mom was so proud of her.Even Adarsh was so proud of her but her own parents not even a word.AFter she returned home Suhasini had called her for some case discussion in study.

Suhasini-Swadheenta case ki date kab ki mili hai ?

Swadheenta-Dubeyji bata rahe the ke 26th ki hai.

Suhasini-I think that should be enough time for research.You can start tomorrow and dubeyji will haelp you.Aab akele research karne aadat kam kar do.You have people for you to that.Tell them to do it.

Swadheenta (smiling)-Old habits die hard i guess.

Suhasini noticed Swadheenta was upset about something.She knew it had something to do with her parents.She knew her father was a orthodox man and did not approve of the way Swadheenta chose to fight Asad's case but she had thought that he would be proud the way Swadheenta had handled everything but case seemed to be different.She knew she was proud of her.Why would she not be ? In all these years she had never asked anybody to assist her and the one had found was amazing.Suhasini was confident that Swadheenta would be the next "Suhasini Sinha" for this country.But right now she had to talk to her.She did not like her kids upset.

Suhasini-All ok Swadheenta ? You seem little upset.

Swadheenta-No Mom all ok.

Suhasini-You know when Adarsh was small whenever he would lie to me,he would chew his nails off completely.I am sure you donot want to test that.😆😆.Is everything ok with you and your parents ?

Swadheenta-I am not sure Mom.Appa still things I did wrong by taking Asad's case.But I guess that I just thought that he would be proud of me..And Amma never went against his word.

Suhasini-You know Swadheenta it maybe just his way of thinking.You yourself are saying your mother never went against him.Did he want you to go into law ?

Swadheenta-No he actually he had thought since he was a bharatnatyam dancer I would go into that as well.But I never had any real interest in it.Frankly when I told him I wanted to go into law he was astonished.

Suhasini-It happens.I am sure with time he will come around.Dnot think too much about it.He was worried about your relationships which have been newly formed.But it doesnot mean I am defending him.The truth is that everybody has different thought processes.ADarsh believed in fighting for honesty whereas Jaidev fought for malice.Two brothers living in same house have different thoughts.

Swadheenta-Mom are you still angry with Jaidev Bhaiyya ?

Suhasini-He has done nothing which is forgiving.He messed up your and ADarsh's efforts,almost left Haider ji to die,destroyed his own marriage,made mockery of the martyrdom of both the boys.

Swadheenta-Mom he is destroyed.He needs you.Adarsh went to meet him in the morning he has not eaten anything since yesterday night.

Suhasini-WHat he needs is a lesson Swadheenta.Donot worry about him.You know you make some coffee for both of us I will be down in a minute.

Swadheenta-ok

Swadheenta went into the kitchen to make some coffee.Boy the kitchen and house looked empty without Jaya bhabhi.She will surely miss her.But as Mom mentioned she deserved a second chance at life with somebody who would keep her happy.Swadheenta decided to give some time to her parents maybe they will come around.Or she could always share her worried with Mamu and Mami.She saw Simmi entering the kitchen.

Swadheenta-Simmi did you need anything ? You should have called me or you could have called Mahesh.He was just in the kitchen.

Simmi-No Swadheenta I was just missing ...

Swadheenta-Jaya bhabhi.Ya me too.The house seems weirdly empty without her.

Suhasini-Well I still have the two of you.Now just for information Simmi tum AHuja sahab ko bol dena and you Swadheenta to Haiderji ki aab agar tum dono mei se kisi ko bhi bulana ho toh mujhe ek hafte pehli application dene padi ge.If both of you go together toh mei akeli reh jaogi.😆😆😆.Aab mujhe teen bahu ki aadat pad gayi hai.I like when two of you are around me.Aisa lagta hai ki ghar mei abhi bhi koi hai.😆.

Simmi-Mom mai toh phir bhi theek hai par ADarsh bhaiyya Swadheenta ko jaane dege kya ? Unka kya hoga agar ye ek din ke liye bhi gayi toh.😆😆...

Simmi-Mom aapoko toh pata hoga na ki mei shaadi se pehle Jewellery designing karti thi.Actually I got a offer from my old friend to start again and now that Abhay is not there and I will have my child I want to be independent for him/her.

Suhasini-Simmi beta ye tum kya keh rahi ho.If you are working for financial independence than me and Manohar are here for you.You donot have to work for that.Yes if you are working for passion than it is ok.

Swadheenta-Simmi we all are there for you.

Simmi-Arre aap dono toh serious ho gaye hai like papa .Mom I am working for independence as well as so that I can be someone who my child respects.I know Abahy and Adarsh bhaiyya respect you so much for what you are.Even when I look at Swadheenta.She has so much passion for her work.She loved her work and Adarsh bhaiyya loves you for that and whenever you will have a child that child will respect you more than anything Swadheenta.

Suhasini-If you get happiness from that than ok you start your work again.(her phone rings).I will join both of you back.

Swadheenta-Thank You so much Simmi for the gathering you threw for me.😊.

Simmi-Oh come on thank you family ko nahi kehte.You know Swadheenta can I ask you for something ?

Swadheenta-Sure.WHat ?

Simmi-Will you teach my and Abhay's child to walk on principles of truth and honesty.Adarsh bhaiyya will tell him how his father was brave and I will tell him how his father's partner kept his name.

Swadheenta-Of course Simmi.Ye bhi koi kehni ki baat nahi hai.

Suhasini was relieved looking at the scenario.She always knew Swadheenta would be the right choice for the family.She handled everything well.Yes She was missing Abhay but she was sure that playing and pampering Abahy' child will lessen that feeling.And the one she would be eagerly waiting for would be Adarsh and Swadheenta's child.Thats when her family would be complete .But she had also decided that from now onwards she would be a mother for Swadheenta and Simmi and not mother-in-law.
