Swa's cardinal mistake

In a way that scene reminded me of Jennifer Parker in Sidney Sheldon's Rage of Angels. One packet and Jennifer's fate is changed.

So Swa is in charge of the witness. She needs to know that till the witness has disposed of nothing outside should be given to the witness. Especially in cases like this were the witness can be easily influenced. Sudha is still a child and people can terrorize her in any form. Swa needs to be more careful in future when she deals with such things. Swa currently sees the world in black and white. Unfortunately the girl doesn't know grey yet.

She asked the police for search warrant, but didn't feel that kabir chacha's id proof has to be checked. Especially in a case like this. She fell for the warmth with which the man spoke.

And Suhasini somewhere she has something up her sleeve to ensure that the credit of victory doesn't go to Swa and it looks like she has turned around the case. So that it is not Swadeenta but the firm Suhasini Sinha associates has won the case. So if that is the case it also brings you to a point how superiors manipulate their sub ordinates, their efforts to get mileage in a corporate set up. How they will make it look like it is not the sub ordinate but they did the work, while all the field work is done by juniors.

And it will be also their way of keeping people like Swa always assistants. Believe me you will never grow under a woman like Suhasini who will go any length to protect their interests.

One more thing yesterday I had put in some post what significance Vanshika name holds as that means flute. Today CVs clarified me. What comes out of flute depends on who is playing it. Today Vanshika was driving the car, Adarsh was in the side seat. Though Vanshika is in the driving seat, she will play the music only the way Adarsh wants. In their alone moments Adarsh is showing his displeasure. And it is very obvious.

Shruthi, Swa is naive, no doubt about that. But somehow, I feel that the eye contact with the rival lawyer was more like a nod of acknowledgement to a colleague and nothing more. I don't see Suhasini intentionally maligning Swa's rep just to show that Suhasini has actually won the case, because either way, it is Suhasini who is fighting in court, so when the case is won, it won't be because of Swa or Suhasini; it will be because of the firm.

Plus, not to forget that Suhasini does have ulterior motives (revenge against Ahuja) for getting Swa on board in her firm. I don't see Suhasini washing her hands off Swa until she has accomplished her task. By intentionally knocking off Swa at this point, I don't see what Suhasini can gain except may be more credit to her name, which I don't think would make much of a difference to her at this point as she is already an established and a reputed lawyer.

It can be other way around also. But somehow being in a corporate environment for 12 years and having seen many things my mind always takes the dirty trick first.

However that nod still remains questionable. I dont think it was a nod of acknowledgement.

@starstuck thanks for agreeing with me that nod was not acknowledgement something more. You are right Suhas wont jeopardize her reputation. But by discrediting the witness Swa has bought she discredits Swa, then this lady has something up her sleeve for sure. All seasoned lawyers has. Swa asks a question why she didn't question Leela. See usually the key witness is called to the box after interrogating all the other people in the case. Usually the first person has to be the doctor who prepared the DNA report. Then Leela, Subhash, then the friends of Banwari like Kabir and Sudha has to be final as the clinching evidence. But why Suhasini presented Sudha upfront. She knew the rules of court, the lunch hour. Why Sudha at that time. After removing Sudha, if Suhas turns the case, then it is Suhas victory with Swa has nothing to do in it. Are you getting my point.

Jaidev once said something that he hopes Adarsh does not have to pay the price of Abhay's mistake. I think Adarsh is paying the price of both his brother's mistake.

Jaidev not speaking up and their happy marriage facade has made Suhasini think she is the only one who can find the perfect life partner for his sons (sounds like the plot of Emma) while Abhay's marriage has also made her fear that she will lose another son.
