I have been trying to get my parents to understand it all and they are not really getting it.

Has anybody sat the Maths extended version of the exams?? If so, ca nyou tell me the differece between the core Maths and the Extended maths exam??

@Cool pooja, those can't be the percentages because you get grades like F at GCSE..

The onez you have given are like the ones we get at A Level!

Missy, in UK we don't have core / extended maths, so can't help you!

VaVaVoom, what is the highest/lowest grade can you get in A Level?
My cousin got 3 A's and 1 C and she's going to re-sit the suject as she got C! To enter the top Uni's like Cambridge/Oxford what greades do you have to get in A Level?

The highest grade you can get in A Level is an A 😳 The lowest is a U..And thats a fail.

Anything from A-E is a pass. 😳

To enter Cambridge or Oxford you need like all A's and plus give the uni a good interview. But even getting all A's doesn't guarantee admission into Oxford or Cambridge.

My friend took her History gcse last yr and found out that she got something like 69% and still got an A!

In Pakistan, those are the grades. I took history o levels this year and i got a A at 91% while my frnd got a B at 85% for the same paper..😊 So im sure abt these, atleast for pakistan..
