I will tell you my honest opinion about IF rerun thread

Its a great thread a great idea. The problem is two episodesEvery one has watched ore 2004 cases many times and the motivation to watch them again may not be there

That is why I said we should keep it open with only restricting the case. A weekly restriction is also long

We should discuss a case for only three days max

We also need to realise that ours is a bi-weekly show unlike the daily soaps. Therefore we cannot have as lively discussions as the other forums.
What happened in 2009 was something different. I myself joined because of the classic re-runs.
Otherwise I remember the days after Behrupiya when I first visited IF, there was hardly anything happening here. It was also a weekly CID therefore Monday thru Friday there would hardly be anyone here.
The times when some discussions do happen are when there are dhamakedaar promos or roller coasters like Daya shaadi and AKA or Daya in Jhalak.
They need to show us something in order to make us speak more.
See this thread.
Such horrible news and see how many have replied. We at present are much more active.

Frankly I haven't watched 5 times. Many episodes I watched only during the original run. I had closed that thread...and someone had put smiley for that.
Someone got this idea of doing WUs...you feel even that's a waste. I can't help it.
You decide and come to a conclusion on what's the best solution. The ones who are on this thread right now will probably involve in any discussions. The ones who are away right now are the people whom we need to bring in here...the silent ones, the 'likers', the 'one-thread' members etc.

You know for a person like me who has a 9:00 to 5:00 job and very lomited time to watch a case would rather watch cases which she has never seen .For example there were many cases of 2008 and 2009 that I had never seen so the limited time caused me to sacrifice IF reruns which I had seen oer the once I had never seen

About the silent and like members we cant really force anyone but we atleast hope that they come here and give their honest views

Oh so if you have watched the pre-2004 episodes 5 times each and know each scene by-heart, what's stopping you from coming there and discussing the episode or at least writing a few lines about it?

I'd say it's the opposite Nanda ... in case the case being discussed is one people have seen recently or maybe remember quite well ... they get the option of discussing it and need not necessarily watch it ...
now imagine a case is being discussed ...
and I have never actually seen it before and I really don't have the time to see it considering whatever reasons ...
and on the other side I have an episode being discussed that I've already seen .. even if not seen recently still I remember well for example say Shruti Series ..
I'd obviously prefer the latter one right ??
