Thanks for the article Misti.

So many similar articles about Zee's dropping TRPs, TAMs, and what not are being aired, but no sign if Zee is even taking note of them.

Thanks to everyone for responding. Since I was in India, I did not have the time to respond to all the posts. Sorry about that.

As for CB2 I don't mind them taking time........that is if they spend it writing or working on a strong screenplay with strong characterisations. But whether they are actually spending the time judiciously or just playing gillidanda and ping pong.........time will only tell.🤔 But their childish games of leading on the viewers with false informations is not something that suits a business house but is more in tune with kindergarden.

zee tv's new shows are hovering around the number 1 as per TAM reports and not as per ZEE numbers. Even if any new show comes up, they themselves know that to cross the barrier of 1 is going to be a Herculean task. I think more shows might be going in the next couple of months. Looks like Zee has not only already given up to COLORS and SP but also to Cricket world cup. All the channels know that they will loose a chunk of viewers to the World Cup, but if the shows have a strong script then they might be able to ride through the storm. CB itself is a good example........in 2009 the 20-20 World Cup was in June but CB with its good script stayed among the top 10 shows across all hindi GECs in that month.....whereas in 2010, 20-20 world cup in May the picture was different.
This is probably the first business house I have seen who usually likes to take the easy way out instead of rising to the challenge.
