Rajsri, thanks. Yes, Ruby and Bholu had such sizzling chemistry that it was so fun to watch them. After Rohan before he was kicked out of PB during the first time, this was one fun pair to watch. Avinash is excellent in portraying a character with dry sense of humor and does really well in the scenes where he is being witty and sarcastic. That's why his scenes in CB1 with Mrinalini used to be great and here it was the same with Rohan and Ruby. Also Rubina played Ruby very well especially when she was smirking at Bholu or mocking him. So this combination just generated laughter.

This song was perfect for them. In fact, I need one more song so that I can use some additional scenes.

Angie ... if avinash and rubina are cast together again, i hope it is in roles where they challenge and fight with each other ... you are right about avinash being good in the wry, sarcastic, pompous kind of roles ... rubina was excellent too as ruby who was deliberately needling him to see when he would erupt... i liked all their scenes together though i wish they had toned down both ruby and jolly from the beginning - they had fairly decent trps and if they were not hell bent on the dharam/adharm track, they could have developed a better story line

Rajsri, I agree. If they are together in future, I would like to see them in more modern roles where they are clashing with each other. I do think that for now it would be better if they are cast separately as you grow more as an actor if you work with different costars.

Also I agree that if they had started this track on a strong ground, they could have built up on decent
TRPs.

Thanks, Chalhov. Yes, their scenes were so hilarious. Yes, the ratings could have increased if they had kept with this track and had kept the story away from dharam/adharam and ghosts.

Friends, here is my next VM. I am actually in a middle of another VM. But this song was coming to my mind for few days and I ended up making this one. This one was fairly quick to make as I only used very few episodes for this and didn't have to edit that much.

Rajsri/Misti: Hope you like this VM as it shows Dev's raw emotions. I have used couple of parts from the first part of this VM in my other VMs. But here I have used almost entirely the whole scene. There was another scene that I wanted to use. It was after Radhika returns Dev's ring and he is sitting in his room like a statue. It was a 3 minute sequence but I got about 20 seconds of Dev's scenes because each frame had another character. But I wanted to use this scene because Avinash had done a really good job in this scene. Wish they had kept camera on him for a longer time.

This VM is titled "Dev's Grief" and is based on Talat Mahmood's song "Sham-e-gam ki kasam" from the movie "Footpath". "Sham-e-gam" means an evening of grief.

Neerja, thanks. Avinash is a very good actor and he does well in all type of scenes. But he does excel when he is showing pain as his eyes and face are very expressive. That's why I made this VM because here there are no lines and he is just showing this silent deep pain. So the song was such when there is not much action needed and you can concentrate on scenes which just shows raw grief.

I have your song in mind as you had mentioned the same one before. I like this song and once I think of scenes for this one, I will make it. I am not making VMs in any order. I just make for one where lyrics and scenes start fitting in my mind and also it depends on the mood of the song. For now, I wanted to take a break from love songs and sad songs. So Misti's fun songs provided me that where I could make spoofs instead and I also wanted to use more contemporary songs for a change. I didn't want to make any more same type of songs as I was feeling saturated. But now after making it on other fun characters, my fatigue is going away and so I will make more on sad songs once again.

Ushasri, thanks for the appreciation. Avinash really performs well in such scenes and this song fits Dev a lot.
