SI and GK to Team Up Again after CC?! - Page 2

Interesting topic for the weekend 😛

I do feel that GK has learned her lesson with QH, and is keeping all the plot lines more balanced so far ... but let the show carry on for a full year or two and remain balanced all the while ... then we will take the final call on that one! QH is definitely not so heavily dependent on the lead pair as IPK was, neither is their chemistry anywhere near as explosive ... but then IPK's lead pair was exceptional in that both were so good looking and such exceptionally good actors that no one else really got a chance to steal the thunder.

Would I like to see Sanaya in another show with GK ... am ambivalent. IF GK can maintain her focus on her story, and not lose track halfway ... IF she keeps the balance between all the characters ... then her story telling skills are unquestionable. And so is her creative team ... direction, music, cinematography - all are excellent. They all contributed to the succes ... it wasn't the actors alone, although they played a big part. But so are many other PHs becoming equally good in those departments, as TV as a medium is growing bigger and bigger, so GK is not the only one now.

Also so far, GK's 3 stories have been variations on the same theme. I don't want a fourth version of the same tale ... I'd rather have a completely different story with different characterization for Sanaya. That's one reason I'm enjoying CC ... after the crazy klutzy Khushi, I love the sensible down to earth Chhanchhan. I just wish the story telling was at the same level.

I love Gul Khan, she has a way of telling a story that makes you watch the show every single day, in spite of its discrepancies. And I really like the new show too. She has improved a lot on the mistakes she did with the past show, her supporting cast has a strong storyline too, and they have good screen time. I would love for Sanaya to do a 4 lions show with Gul. Plus, they seem to be fond of each other - its always nice to work with people you like.

I really hope to see Sanaya in one of the Gul khan's hard core romantic shows after Chanchan.


But I honestly want chanchan to run for another year atleast.

i realy didnt like QH.in ipk if she focused on supporting cast storyline it wil become more success but she failed then iif she supported means non of the actors are willing to quit.ipk cast are 1 in a million whether in friendship,supporting others for their individual success is what makes them differ from others.i am happy that she is playing CC where she enact different emotions,anger

In fact GK tried her best to destroy Sanaya... and Sanaya is very aware of the fact.

The way I see it, it's the channels that make a difference!! If IPK came on Zee TV then Gul would have more freedom to write the show they way she wanted to write!! I believe it was Star Plus who was controlling of certain tracks!! I don't think the writers had lack of interest in the show but maybe due to their tracks being cut short!! Like the office track, and the kidnapping track was changed to due to Barun's movie offer!! And people were crazy for only Arshi that they didn't really support the supporting cast much!! So for TRPs they mostly concentrated on the main leads all throughout the show!! That made it harder on them!! Look at QH they are able to give importance to supporting casts and the main leads!! They even did a separation track which was supposed to happen in IPK as well I believe!! And the TRPs didn't suffer in QH because of it, right?!! I don't watch the show but have seen glimpses of it!! My parents sometimes watch it on weekends!! I mostly blame Star Plus of being controlling because they want their TRPs!! Since IPK was very popular show that came at 8:00 pm!! Against other popular shows!! Aww well!! I would like it if SI does do a GK show in the future but I hope the storyline is more different that time!! How about an female lead who is blind?!! I don't think we have ever seen an lead who is blind in a show, right?!! And this way Sanaya will have something new to play!! And it can be unique love story too!! And yes I do want the same previous main lead too!! LOL Maybe!! 😛

That is a GK observation. I would like to talk from SI observation : she wants to do varied shows right ? So that logic would mean she may not do GK shows since the concept is more or less the same just a few alterations here & there, character's name changes etc. She may not even do a Ekta show for that matter. She wants all her shows different from each other whether its the character or plot or PH. I noticed her shows all are not same, she maintained a change constantly.

I don't fell they will come together again unless Gul come up with a new concept rather than the angry young man and bubbly girl concept.
