Not only no ASG, no Reply either which could and should be sent without him. The entire hearing should be done without him if he can't make it. He didn't show at other hearings for other defendants in this case. At this point the judge should treat it as there is no reply and grant bail.

Aryan lived outside India for that matter all of SRK's kids have lived their lives peacefully, never heard any kind of bad thing about Aryan, he was always away from the public eye, I don't recall seeing him smiling, its just sad that he is not safe in his own nation
