Yes. They should.

Pretext was the conspiracy theory...that's why the NCB did it...that exactly was the meanest thing to do with the thought behind to keep his cause always in relation to the others...and as long as the court accepts it the others have to wait till Aryan gets bail to get bail, too...

ASG should be fined for coming late,,,

and the reply is also just "on the way"...

ASG managed to waste 1 hour of court, when you have so many cases pending, it feels good to see that there's no check on people who are always late, its not a one off incident from this fellow, this is his delaying tactic

I don't think its just tactics only

I think its a power trip for the ASG and co -

I see this so often in my field as well. Interviewers being late for the interviews by 10-15 minutes to show that there are more important things for them to do other than this interview, while the interviewee waits and waits, getting more and more nervous. My previous manager used to go late purposefully and I used to find that so pathetic. He called it a pressure tactic, but it was nothing but him getting off of this cheap power trip and nothing else - essentially, my time is more valuable than yours.

It's the same here as well. ASG is too busy with other cases for a case as big as this one (its been propped up as a big case by them). Aryan Khan will be treated as a normal citizen and made to wait his turn.

They didn't even file a reply otherwise Court would have asked the people who are present to start the proceedings like they did last time when ASG was late
