talking about Fawad...I like that guy very much...he is just pretty awesome you know... but I wont say he is a better actor than Barun rather I would say he keeps himself better groomed than Barun lol... he is a great actor though... he has gotten this amazing voic..one that you can call a bedroom voice... and Humsafar is the only show after IPK I liked/like to watch.
talking about Paki shows have you watched Zindagi Gulzar Hai?
@Nisha
I totally agree with you that Paki actors get better debut in bollywood...while for TV actors its very hard...now is not SRK time anymore where they will get appreciated after going from TV..also BW is filled with star kids..whether they can act or not they get enough promotion and support... its like a rule..in this era my fav actor would be Farhan Akter. Ranveer Sing also acts amazing... and the star kid who actually knows acting and does it perfectly is Ranbir Kapoor.
talking about RB..he has his own set of movies that didnt work but look he is still pretty awesome both in his career graph and attitude.. lol if he was someone from TV i doubt he could have left his mark this soon...thats just my pov lol

My 2 cents to the current discussion:
1. Pakistani actors are lucky that BW is obsessed with anyone who isn't Indian. They don't want to look in their own backyard. Mahira is a very average actor. She gets a debut opposite SRK. Fawad is huge in Pak & is a talented actor, too, but we have some of that calibre right here. KSG, Sobti, etc, etc. It is sad that these guys have to struggle so much for what is so easily given to those from other countries.2. To each, his/her own. Fuzzy, I totally get how good Fawad is. Not a fan of Humsafar. I liked ZGH way better. But he was very impressive as both Asher & Zaroon. But I do believe Sobti is just as good & if anything, has a slightly wider range than Fawad. But Sobti doesn't hold a candle to Fawad's career choices & his grooming. But Pak tv actors do have a lot more creatively satisfying options than good old rubbish Indian tv does.3. Dry Dreams was beyond lame. It was so lame, I didn't even have to heart to get pissed off. It was just sad. MAMR-Frankly, nothing about it is critically acclaimed, Smitakshi. Sobti's acting was appreciated by the few critics who watched & reviewed the movie. But we all know he is a good actor. And, in the big picture, it doesn't matter whether he alone was good because nothing else about that movie was anywhere near good. So, it was just Sobti being a competent actor. Critically acclaimed performance would be sort of pushing it.4. I honestly hope this new BBC/ZeeTV show is worth watching & a project worthy of all that acting talent which we haven't been able to watch in the past 3yrs.5. Ananya, go. Study.
