Armaan Mallik was pretty close to what KSG is in real life, apparently. Asad was a tough character. And, not everyone can smoulder & clench jaws & make sense out of angry young men the way Sobti does. Nobid does troubled, complex, angry man the way Sobti does. I watched parts of QH, very few random parts. He was ok. He is one of the better actors of the industry, but yes, he didn't seem as impressive as he did in DMG. Then again, I only watched a few parts & my statement is only based on that. But I also feel, the character itself was part of the cause of his limitation. Not the whole reason. But a part of it.

I loved Karan-Shilpa although Shilpa couldn't act at all. But I loved Karan-Jenny the best. JW was the best Ridhima of the three. And, while she annoyed me beyond imagination when she drove Armaan, Sid & herself, apart from the viewers, out of their minds, only when she came on board did Ridhima start feeling like a very real, flawed but relatable female character.

I liked Sobti from the moment I saw him in Figo ads. I have a thing for great ads. And, he was part of that series. And, it was serendipity? I end up loving the guy years later. I love Fawad. Actually, I have fangirled over all 3 at different points. But fangirling over Sobti has stayed the same.

That is amazing, too.

But this advertisement is so perfect. I mean, that is exactly what I imagine Arnav-Khushi to be doing on a lazy Sunday evening. Sigh!

Maybe like i said, nobody actually stood out of their character. So once their character got annoying - eg JW i was out of the show.. I was barely hanging on.. I watched when Shilpa reentered to see if Armaan and her would get a chance. But no they had to give a f*cked up ending and i was like dang!

So i would safely say i didnt fangirl over any of the actors there.. I saw him in D3 as a coach and i knew my liking was only towards the character and not him as an actor.

And i know u love your flawed characters but Jenny's role was a whole new name for frustrated and unhappy soul. She kept crying and driving me up the wall. I swear i would have bi**hed slapped her character a million times in my head.

This is so perfect too. For the first 2 seconds when he says "Jeetne ke liye dil se nahi dimaag se sochna hota hai" and I was like W*F. Why is he talking like Arnav? Then when Sanaya said "AAP", I was like W*FH. They are enacting Arnav and Khushi. And then I watched the video 100 times. And fainted in happiness!

HAHAH I agree with Archana. JW did happen to be the best. Sukriti couldn't act. Duh. Shilpa somehow didn't stand out to me. But then it was like showing 3 riddhimas for 3 different phases. Shilpa for the hate story between armaan and riddhima, sukriti for the friendship and then Jennifer for the love. It somehow sounds stupid, but it felt like the producer had done this purposely.

The worst was actually getting shilpa back in the show. How the hell am I supposed to see a person playing a different character in the same show. It was so weird!
