Yes I am Visi...and struggling to be ...daytime is fine...but jetlag starts hitting around this time and by the time I am over it I will be back home.

I know...jetlag can be brutal. Come down to FL for some R&R😃

Rabba Ve lovely ladies! Wishing all of you and your families a Happy Dussehra🤗

Miss being back in desh on such festive occassions. Dusshera brings back childhood memories of going to the nearest grounds to see the burning of the effigies. Something we used to look forward to every year. And then the 20 day countdown to diwali- melas, mithais and masti😊

Vee- Heartiest congratulations to you on the upcoming arrival. I hope you have fun outfitting the nursery in every hue of blue😊

Wish you all a very Happy Navami and Dussehra. Enjoy the festival with your family and friends. I don't see any one around in this thread. I will most probably be out tomorrow for puja and meeting family. Will be back on the thread on Tuesday. See you everyone soon.

Festivities always take me back to the wonderful childhood memories, of everyone getting together to do the puja, of lavish lunch spreads and sometimes OTT outfits😳 and just of fun n frolic..

Looking forward to Diwali now😃

Yup Festivals are really different in India. I too am looking forward to Diwali - would be taking a week off for Diwali.

Off to great wall country for work travels over next week so would miss chatting on the CC. No fb, no you tube out there..hope broadband connectivity would be good enough to allow for skype/facetime to stay connected with home.
