LMAO at shaadi-whisperer! Of course Khushi is the epitome of all things pure and holy. How dare you question that! Didn't you get the memo? :P

I thought I was the only one to think this track was highly insulting to Lavanya. She's not even a psycho. In fact, she's been trying really hard to be nice to everyone in CT's household. She has made a sincere attempt to adapt their lifestyle. Yet, that pathetic grandma of CT's keeps treating her like absolute trash. I hate such judgmental and prejudiced characters to the core. Why can't the Raizada's make an effort to change their perspective for her? Why is it that the bahu has to "reform" herself and "prove" that she's good enough to be a part of their family. Compromises should be two-sided when it comes to marriage and relationships.

Wish they'd chosen a better way to bring Jalebi into CT's house.

I just read the latest written update of Dharampatni out of boredom. Kastur gave an absolutely random person at the movie theater, a fifteen minute lecture. These heroines NEVER fail to disappoint. 😆

She's already in LOWE with Mohan and holds a champu-looking picture of him close to her heart. How many people are going to wait for HC? First Heer, then Taani, and now Kastur. And he winds up disappointing ALL of them. 🤣

@bold - totally agree! Sadly this is the case not only in most of our Indian TV shows but also in much of our Asian society. Granted that the age-old tradition of girls leaving their homes and living with the boy's family still stands...fair enough. But these days, a) many young couples are choosing to live on their own, away from their families; and b) even if they do live in a joint family, why does the girl have to change her entire personality to suit the guy's family? There are some promos on Star for that show that's replacing Gulaal - Diya Aur Baati or something equally stupid...which pretty much seem to address this point. The girl going on about how she used to be a lawyer but now she's married so oopsie! that's down the drain...

I am not sure what role CT plays in all this though - does he even love this girl? Why then does he leave her to the mercy of his prejudiced grandmother? Surely at the age and stature he's supposed to have...if he can dare to bring a girl home to have a live in relationship with (oh, how I hate that term "live-in"), then can he not have the guts to say, no - she's fine as she is, leave her alone? After all, pyaar kiya toh darna kya, right? (Not that I think he loves her... the phrase is still apt!)

Man, me too. ZNMD and Aarakshan are just not appealing to me, I don't know why...I want an epic love story, TV or movie...something I can cry over and moon over and literally love. Something PM-epic. Sigh.

Infact I really like the gulaal discussion and seeing the beautiful sigs and caps...Its awesome atleast you guys have this show.. It is such a rarity to find a show which mantained its quality from start to end and did not kill the essence in the process either!

Oh and you asked about movie.. Nahi bas ZNMD hi dekhi thi last... And just looking at your Gulaal discussions I can imagine why you would not have time or motivation to watch Parichays or DPs...

Fivr there has been an article about that yaar. DV will break...and now I think it's a wise move by the creative team. Ab Gulaal will not be in any way bounded by a zabardasti ka rishta or family etc...Kesar will let her go...he won't try to keep her with him against her will. Now if she comes back, she'll come back with her own free will...which seems almost impossible for a character like Gulaal...toh ab ayega mazaaa!

Chalo shukar you watched it..ab last week ki epis humare saath dekhna...

🤣 LOLLL Did you see the champu-looking picture? I died laughing its more like his LRL look... And I was watching the first epi on tv out of curosity.. Ami nay Santu ko bhi nahi pehchana tha na hi HC ko .. they showed the picture.. She was like pehlay kaddi nayi aya.. I was like 🤣🤣 aya hai ami... woh Prem hai.. her expressions were priceless..

Waisay tou never did I think he was oh so hawt or drooled like ever.. But I find it funny that even the whole Champu say Champion supposedly hawt look he has after he returns from abroad .. Kuch khaas difference nahi lagta mujhe... He looks sort of buddha :S Or maybe its just me...

Khair Kastur's dadi was funny she was in CB I think but here she is doing all Dabang-iri.. Sallu fan... aur waisay bhi kaafi filmy aur dramatic hai..

Khair I only saw out of curosity and there was nothing else to watch that time.. Parichay I tried for a few days... its not even amusing as such
