@All: Do we have a moderator feedback? I think I-F needs a Moderator feedback system to find out whether the members on the forum are satisfied with the Mods or not! This will keep the Mods on their toes as well.

If I were to give feedback on the Mods of MJHT forum, everyone EXCEPT GAGAN n to a very little extent DB, would get a HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY remark from me.

hahaha😆.....I am for this Kavz. Although i dont think it will do much...but if they want some HONEST feeback 😆 main hoon na!

Anyways its interesting to note that Mods need to mediate their responses instead of comming down here and posting it themselves....🤔.Hmmm

to the mods:

no matter ho "negative" our gang is - all of us do give LOTS OF importance to a mod's warnings...but if this continues, if we are given mistargetted warnings like these and then not even offered an apology , all that is gonna do is desensitize us to ur warnings - and we are gonna end up not caring even a bit about ur warnings..

So please, if you are asking us to be careful, then we need to ask u to also be careful as well with those warning notes.....😊

@Preeti: Please read through the previous pages (from page number 8 ) , we have presented so many issues and seek answers. Caro's questions on page number 1 have not been answered yet. Ignore the comments against Mods , we were not getting any response from the mods so we kinda mistook it that you din wanna respond!

I had given clarifications of this to Sidra and i dont knnow if she has shared this with u all.

Since Sidra Pm'ed me with this query i had stated the reason with it and clreared her doubts and she told me she would inform you all regarding this, you can cross veryfy with her

we have not stopped anyone from posting thier views, but one should see that the lines ain't crossed.

I did try to get the Original Post at the Jannat posted by Kavya, but could'nt find that one so I edited this one with a warning not just for the one who posted it but for all posting in there.
as said by Gagan previouslt CJ is one thread which would be monitored very strictly as we have creatives coming in there and we certainly don't want them to feel offended by anyone's statements

Preeti, all that is fine but you are not solving our problem here! If you have read through the previous pages we asked you so many questions, I don't think our questions have been answered yet OR don't you wanna answer them? Why don't you just ask us to leave the forum directly? Put an end to this drama once and for all, tell us criticism is not allowed and sarcasm is not allowed- stop referring to the forum as DISCUSSION FORUM, rename it as "DROOLING FORUM (criticism, fun (unless you are drooling), humor and intelligent discussions are unwelcome)" we will not step into the forum or comment in any thread - its as simple as that

We've never stopped anyone from putting thier POV forward .... u have a right to criticise. But criticisms dont mean that u hurt others feelings or sentiments. Can't we express our views keeping in mind that we dont hurt others sentiments.
