Please start off another topic or chatting over here. You can appreciate the person who has written a paricular fact or correct him if he is wrong, but don't talk something else.
If you want to correct a member, add another fact or point on that, or ask question related to it if you are confused or have then please quote!
Don't start a fight over here that this is correct this is incorrect and all such things. Please if you want to correct a member[abt fact] please be carefull that you are not typing such thing which people can think is harsh. Or else even though you'll not mean anything bad/harsh members will mean it something else. Its better that if you want to correct someone, give the reason also why you are saying so, whts the story behind the real thing.

Thats a good one! I even I have searched abt this on net, but I on't know why some people say its nt true.

well net articles can easily be edited...i am not sure durdhara was dhanu's daughter or not..but if you only depend on net then you will never know the truth...
about the book referring durdhara..then as far my knowledge...only few jain texts referred the name of durdhara...and they didn't say that durdhara was d's daughter..and those source which said about d's daughter married cgm..they didn't say that her name was durdhara

in facebook page of cgm...girish nair shared some books and sources where it was written durdhara was princess of koshal...

some source refers durdhara is actually diodora a persian or macidonian girl

but as i said for lacking of written evidences on ancient india..its really tough to reach in one theory..and to find durdhara's real identity

guys at that time people accepted only royal blood as their king so for people's sake and to suppress nanda supporters cgm surely married nanda's daughter who was his first queen and acc to texts dhuru was his first queen so technically she was dhanu's daughter.

absolutely lucy i think someone posted 3 books from reilable sources which prove that D was dhanadands daughter. as for jain texts dont refer her name but no one can prove that she wasnt dhannu daughter.

and the net is unreliable coz its says D was some princess of some other state which is untrue named Diodora that is untrue as its not sourced
