Episode starts with Bindusar denying the truth that he was in her room but says she only took him to her room and that he had drunken too much, he couldn't remember when did he fall a sleep. Later Dharma asks Bindusar why did he lied. He says the only person he loves in his life is his badi ma and he didn't want to hurt her. He also says he is a very bad person, bad among all rajas and rajkumars and don't expect any good from him in turn the goodness she done to him. She says she was not wrong about him.

Nandini thoughtful about Dharma. Suddenly someone attacks on her with the sword. She suddenly gets hold of the sword, kept beside her and the sword fight starts, Nandhni eventually strikes off the sword from the dual but finally learns it was Chandra only, she becomes panic and apologises. But Chandra appreciates her saying she was defending and did excellently. Nandini is in dilemma, but Chandra makes her understand that she was trained in sword fight along with books and shloks and so Brahmin women or any other common woman is not allowed to be trained in sword fight, but only princess' were allowed for it. He bows the sword and handover to Nandini. Nandini takes the sword.

Chitralekha dips a coin in the bowl and asks Charumathi and Bindusar to find it as a part of rasam.

Chitralekha talks to Karthikay about Alice. Karthikay learns that all are mistaken about his love interest as Alice. He tries to clarify it to his father Champa Naresh but fails. Dharma tries to talk to Nandhni. Nandini says she knows that Dharma is not at fault and tells that Bindusar is so soft at heart and he wants Dharma to hate him, that's why he lied. He wants hide his insecurity from others, so pretending to be harsh.

Bindusar takes alcohol Nandini stops him. He becomes anger and shouts at her, he says he can't take the place of his mother. Nandini says she don't want any place but she won't allow him to do any adharm. Bindusar starts to attack but Badrakethu stops him and defends her. Bindusar challenges him for a dual sword fight. Badrakethu agrees.

Pre-cap : Nandini tells Chandra that if she has not murdered Durdhara, then Chandra needs to prove it to Bindusar.

Chandra asks Apama to come to Sabha. Apama shocked.

Infact, this show never followed history as it but have included every elements but the way how is different from actual or what we believe to be in actual. So this my very own assumption that the portrayal of CGM as a monk, which is from the real history has been already shown to us, the 10 years Chandra had been living when Nandhni was apart. I think the sanyas part of CGM is over as the show is concerned. Yes it is different that he had not gone to Shravanabelagola, nor the reason was famine as what history told us. Now take the case of Durdhara death itself, they only took the part from the history that Durdhara died out of poisoning but again how and why is different, so in that perspective I do think, they have done with showing Chandra leading a monk's life (during Nandini went missing) Now I think even if they show a shravanabelagola trip, Nandhni would accompany him here and yes Nandhni may die of famine or epidemics there but I do think if Nandini dies Chandra will also be shown dead, may at the same time or just after her death. Because this is the signature dialogue of Chandra that 'I am still breathing, my heart is still beating, only means my Nandini is still alive' . Nandhni's existance is what makes him breath life. I doubt he would survive Nandini's death moment.

These are just my thoughts, I might be wrong. They can take the story to any direction as they think, but I just hope they maintain the essence of Chandini.
