I think the serial is losing momentum and focus / clarity due to a need for high voltage drama which has nose dived badly.

Just imagine Roopa shaving her head and becoming a Monk 😆

How can he be exposed just like that when from ages nandini is switching between good Adarsh DIL and the lusty girl who has big nails and after Malay/Chandra. She was named worse, did worse things yet somehow Chandra went past it. I agree with roopas characterization. She is wild and not plotter like say Helena or that parental woman of her (I am rubbish with names). Maybe she can join her and both can pull this off. If she wants Chandra she needs to get rid of Helena as well cz she's also a strong contender. The problem is roopas horny type expressions around Chandra. Maybe he will chalk it up to some woman issues or real loou😛

Last scene well same rehash. Nandini wanting to see his hriday and boy did he show some with the crying. Of course the trademark questioning of how can chanakya be wrong since he does have feelings. Duh. I think C should have been clearer in childhood that he needs to say away from his wife or lover, not the feeling of affection or love towards his rest of family. Just the woman he would have sex and make kids😆 btw is it me or rajats biceps looks like they were shot up with hormones??? How did he go so big?

Lmao durdharas death. Yu know what if she came to know about roopa and it was her who was pushed down staircase it would have made sense. Chaya could overtake whole anti nandni squad but coming from.durdhara who defended Nandini that she could never have feelings for Malay ...Ugh it didn't feel right.

Is this going to be the touchstone for deciding who is a strong king? 😡

Even Rajat could not save that fully 6 minute scene. One could not make out even half of what he was saying, and whatever appeal was left in it was washed away by the concluding 15 seconds with both making the momentous discovery that Chandra has a hriday after all. Ugh..😡

Durdhara is now officially demented. Good. It is always preferable to have things made official. What a pity she cannot be bumped off soon!

Aunty, I never believed that boys or men should never cry or have their weak moments but it had better be a bit justified and believable and not OTT. But I really want Chandra to dispatch MPN to the lower reaches of the Hell he rightfully deserves to be in. I don't want Roopa to take away that from Chandra. He should do that on his own for Chanakya, for Moora, and for himself. I don't want Nandini to but in here. But then we never know what plans the creative team has. At least in my FF, Chandra is going to kill MPN right and proper whenever he is going to do that.

The historical Dhananand (NOT his father Maha Padmanand as shown here) was not killed by Chandragupta. He was allowed to go into exile. And in the serial, the fact that Chandra did not kill him was all Chanakya's fault, not Chandra's.

Aunty if at all there is a reason why CN does not work for many at a number of levels, apart from that Bhagya angle of any show, it has to be the one Amina gave; its excessive fallback and recycling of JA and its tracks. Viewers have seen all this before. They want to see something new. This excessive harping and carping on the necessity of an emperor being helped by his third wife to find his missing Hriday. There it was Ruqqaiya miscarrying, here Chaaya does that; there it was Jodha being falsely blamed, misunderstood, given death penalty, here it is Nandini being blamed, misunderstood and walled (now this bit too right out of Muhgal-e-azam Anaarkali to boot).

this serial is going round and round in circles around roopa and nandini

when dhurudhara is saying do not drink the juice that nandini has got why would chandra drink it?

He would rather give it to a maid to test or an animal to find truth

Second issue chankyas daughter is missing and chandra not bothered to save her

Now chaya is on death bed and serious because of folly of chandra and nandini

If nandini had told him that she is behaving abnormally etc chandra could find truth

chandra as emperor must be proactive and on his toes to catch enemy, why he is so lax in nand and nandini case

Yes, crying is not prohibited for men, if they want they can and they will. After watching yesterday's crying scene again I could not find anything unbearable except the last 15 second self talking scene of Chandra as Aunty mentioned.If they could have skip that tiny self talking dialog entire scene would be meaning full.

She asked him not to cry like king but to cry as a brother and let all the dissimulated sorrow and agony to be flattened. So he yowls, as he too wanted to, by letting himself being just as a normal boy.

Exploiting Chandra's heart through his tears and the hidden happiness of that constant invention was shown in nadini's slightly summon up smile at the end. That was ok for her but showing chandra discovering his own heart at that moment was unnecessary.

Even today I could hear a perfect voice modulation of Rajat right at the moment he calls unconscious chaya. But he coudn't convey that through out the crying scene may be because he was crying, indeed :)
