Now coming to the storyline needless to say it has gone to pot. Voodoo powered Sushim? Nonsense Ashwaki over Ashok's ambition for the throne? The worst of CAS in one track.
Now Mohit is growing on me. His interactions with Vittashok and Dharma give me a good chuckle and I liked his conversation with Nayak. And his interaction with Devi is funny. He has that "Imma playa" look that Bindusar showed often. And that hand wave "You will not tell anything to Ma" A good reference to Obiwan of Star Wars. 😆
Storywise? Definitely CAS needs a massive injection in quality if it doesn't want to lose TRPs on the long run.
Character development wise, Mohit could trim up a bit, but his character works in manual labour. And given the brute strength that he will most definitely show in his fights against Sushim it makes sense.
Kaurwaki needs to have a separate storyline that does not include Ashok. Her uncle plotting against her father would be an excellent side track.
We need to bring in Vasunandan and Subhao as Ashok's supporters.
Siyamak needs to have his own camp as well.
I just hope that CVs would show Ashok's calculating side a bit. It has to be shown how he plans to bring about the end of Chanakya's enemies. He had 10 years after all.
And tone down the forlorn lover act. It's irritating. The CVs forgot that Ashoka the movie bombed.
