If Tabu can sustain after doing artistic movies only then Tripti can too.

But the competition is tough. She might not get the meaty roles. Also maybe she wants to be successful in commercial movies and wants to do those hot girl roles.

I agree with you. She should stick to artistic roles even if it's just 1 or 2 movies a year. Otherwise she does not have the it factor for commercial movies.

Sanya Malhotra is another gem who can sustain with artistic movies only.

Probably a character that seems interesting to play when read on paper turns out to get a whole other impression when enacted in front of a camera with the visions, producers and directors have. As far as I know, in Animal, Tripti's character should have spied on him, not succombing to - more or less - bold bed scenes.

The story of Bad Newz may appear a bit forced but could have - nevertheless - resulted in a much better movie, especially as Anand Tiwari and Vicky had collaborated in Anand's nice debut movie. Did Karan really care for that movie???

Also Tripti's next commercial movie had a plot a bit forced, too, but still a nice story with scope of good comedy (especially with Rajkummar and a successful comedy debut director who had made Dream Girl with Ayushman). But it went down a quite superficial way, which often happens with the producers T-Series and Ekta Kapoor (imo).

She did Bulbul and Qala and didn't get much recognition from general public whereas with Animal she got recognition from them and ever since she is trying to continue it. Samjha karo she is chasing stardom.

Well, she needs to survive. She isn't a nepo and needs more work.

I also believe that if Tripti did films like Gunjun Saxena, Mili or Ulajh- she would've acted much better than whatever Janvhi did in the film * or didnt do rather*

Why is Janvhi even getting solo female lead films? Her BO opening numbers dont even open more than 1 crore. Whereas Tripti's films have done CONSIDERABLY higher business.
