It might affect opening day but if WOM is good it will drive more traffic into the theaters for the weekend so it can help weekend numbers. But if WOM is bad or even average to decent it can backfire on them. Either YRF is very confident about their product or as someone said they are just doing the opposite of what they did with PRC and hoping it works.

And I say over confidence kills it too; Karan M seems over confidence that audience will lap this , I am liking RK’s say , agar chali toh theek chalegi agar nahi toh bilkul nahi 😆

The opening day numbers matter , then you don’t have to count each penny in the wknd 😆you already have a good cushion from Friday collection

As far as reviews concerned I am glad at least yrf do not pay samosa critics to release the reviews in advance

And no one dare say movie did not get promoted well, areh bhai aur kitna promotion chahiyeh ….I am tired of watching the photoshoots , interviews , blah blah ….overdose lagh raha , not only for this movie but all movies

Pls stop now and let’s see the final product on big screen

Hope it’s good watch at least , I am just worried about my hard earned money and TIME spent 😬

20 Cr is not easy for Bollywood Films these days. Prithviraj opening was 10.7 Cr only, it's by same YRF and it's bigger movie than Shamshera.
