Alia fits the same mould as Kareena, Kajol- industry brats who get away with anything. So I guess any residual liking for these actresses has diverted to her.

It's much like up until 2013, Kareena being considered the best actress on this forum. Any time someone would say how limited her filmography is, it'd be met with incessant GIFs proving she can do this, that and the other, literally bombarding members to concede with that notion.

It's gonna be a long 5 years of her "reign".

It was Rahul Bhatt, this is the first time I've heard Akhtars saying anything of the sort.

As far as I recall, they went to meet her and Shabana doled out the same compliment she gave Kareena for LOC Kargil, "rongte khade ho gaye",

People don't even bother to fact check in order to prove how hard done Alia is due having that compliment associated with her.
