Is this tune copied?

Movie : Awaara 1951

Song : Ghar aaya mera pardesi

I just heard this song and the opening tune reminds me of some tune in a famous movie and I can't remember which. I think it has been copied in a recently popular movie, I mean 90s or afterwards, probably some Khan movie. But I can't remember. Can somebody please help me? Check the video 0:41 onwards. This tune, please I hope somebody else knows which movie it is from, it's really bugging me.

Yeah probably. Aaj phir tumpe has a similar tune. I don't know why I felt like some Khan movie. I have noticed certain songs in DDLJ, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham or Baazigar, have certain portions of certain songs where the tune is copied. So, I guess I just think I've heard it in some of their songs or as a background music. This is tough though.
