For me, the music industry's credibility ended when Kakkar was judging genuine singers on Indian Idol 😆 And Tony Kakkar became a judge with Shankar Mahadevan 🤣
Those songs are classics for a reason, sunna hai toh original suno na, itna bada paap kar dete hai ye log remake banake
Nusrat sahab, maafi maangti hu main, aapke bahot gaano ka bura haal kiya hai 😭
That's a blasphemy indeed.... to have anyone from Kakkar family sitting next to Shankar Mahadevan.😆 I don't know if you've watched Bandish Bandit. It's an Amazon prime and the story is centered on classical music, mostly composed and renditioned by Shankar Mahadevan. I was blown away by how talented he is. There's him... and then there's .... what was his name again? Tony Kakkar? because he's neha kakkar's brother?!!! I bet he's not even a singer.

Wild indeed... but like SRK says in Dil toh Pagal Hai, kahin na kahin, koi na koi, sab ke liye bana gaya hai. 😆
I'm glad you're having the time of your life.... privileged you truly should be in our company. 😛

I have heard the soundtrack of Bandish Bandits but haven't watched it. Beautiful ❤️ Have you seen and watched Shankar Mahadevan's movie Katyar Kaljat Ghusli? He plays a classical singer and there's lots of jugalbandi. Its in Marathi but what a movie and what songs 👏❤️
Bro, I can't believe we live in a country where legends who have given quality music are still very much alive but the music industry and film industry snubs them, and the Kakkars, Bagchis and Baadshahs are earning by singing recreations of those legends.
Even the new Tip Tip...the credits read: "Music by- Tanishk Bagchi and Viju Shah......Lyrics by: Tanishk Bagchi and Anand Bakshi."
Wtf man? What new has Bagchi done in the song? He added some beats and SFX, lyrics are Anand Bakshi's only, even the music is the same, he hasn't even changed the sitar tune from the original. How could they put his name before the actual makers? And when Viju Shah is still present and he is amazing at what he does, why tf did they not involve him? Times of Music was proof enough that he is up-to-date with technology and synths have always been his thing.
Itni sharamnaak baat hai, sach mein.
