2014: pk - she could have done Anushka's role, but Anu was a bigger/better prospect when the film was being cast in 2012

2013: Dhoom:3 - she could have done Katrina's role, and I'm sure she would have wanted to at the time, but when the film was announced in January 2011, Kat was a bigger star than Deepika

2012: Talaash - the film was cast in 2010, Deepika was just 2-3 films old, I don't think any newcomer would have been considered for either of the roles.

As for Hrithik Roshan - they would look hot together, I'd love to see them in a romantic film.
