Yeah, let's normalize deviant behavior, bullying, character assassination, and all those daily microaggressions cuz our society is a dark hellhole by default. Why stop there... Let's just turn a blind eye to every evil that exists out there, let's all just preach humanely impossible level of mental strength that is nothing short of nirvana--each and every one of us, our circumstances notwithstanding.

It doesn't matter if there are a string of catastrophic outcomes that are testaments of agenda driven PR, character assassination, openly glorified bitchfests, superiority complex, aggression and singling out that exists in the industry, those people's atmosphere had NOTHING to do with it ... it was their and only their personal shortcomings. But Gosh darn it, let's not accuse those high handed snoots and their power abuse, that's normal, and acceptable, let's only focus on achieving nirvana.😳

What fantasy land are you living in? You do not have a right over someone else's money. That is the capitalistic society we live in. Your parents are not going to pay for college of the kid who lives down the street even though he is smarter than you. Imagine if they started screaming that they deserve "equal opportunity" and the same right over your parent's money as you have. This is absurd.

You can fight over "equal opportunity" in government, not in private enterprise. In most countries where corporations are regulated by things like equal opportunity clauses, even those apply only for jobs that are publicly advertised - for instance, you cannot hire a thin person over a fat person or a young person over an old person if they have equal qualifications. But they can still hire their friends and relatives if they want to as long as a public announcement about job availability has not been put up.

The mere fact that Kashyap says SSR could pick so and so film means SSR was better off than alot of people trying for movies
