No im sure it does hurt them. Just like someone ignoring a phonecall would
But this is that world. You have to make your way thru it best you can

That's what you got of my post! Bravo! Inclusiveness means a level playing field for everyone. It means equal opportunities. It means being open as industry to folks from all sorts of background. It means not being elitist af. It means less judging others just because they don't fit your box of whatever you consider cool. own convenience.
What exactly do you mean by "equal opportunities?" Films are not a govt job where anyone and everyone with equal qualifications deserve a placement. Movies are made by private companies and private individuals with private funding. They don't owe anyone anything. If KJo is making a movie, let's say some random actor from Indore wants the lead role. He does not have any equal right over it compared to whoever else KJo wants to cast. Nobody is owed anything.
The world is not fantasy land and is never going to be. No amount of raging and ranting is going to change that. You have to learn to work within the reality that exists.
When you join a tough profession, you have to be ready to handle what comes with it. Even if a movie is offered to you and a bigger actor shows interest, it will probably be shifted to him. There's not even anything wrong in it. It does not mean it was "snatched" from the smaller actor. Everyone does what they consider best for themselves. If a producer thinks the other guy will be more bankable, so be it.
Nobody truly cares about you other than your parents and your spouse. You cannot expect to be treated with kid gloves by anyone else.

An actor avoiding Anurag Kashyap's phone call for you is on the same level as a smear campaign about the said actor?
Like I said for a month all I read/hear/watch is people should treat each other better

What smear campaign? There is horrible stuff written about almost every actor. Sushant was not some kind of special target like his fans keep trying to prove. Akshay had even worse #metoo rumors than Sushant did and lots of verified accounts were talking about it too. Amitabh had accusations made about him sexually harassing Sayali Bhagat. There were blinds that he harassed Deepika also and that's why she didn't invite him to the Piku party. Others have gotten called terrorists, home-wreckers, bankrupt, jobless, and so much more. There were disgusting rumors made even about celebrity kids.
All that unflattering talk is made up by the fact that they have so many fans who love them and those millions they make help them cry in their mansions.
This is what a public profession entails. Learn to live with it or quit and go become something else.
